I stayed with my family for one night.Overall stay is good. Electric kettle was provided immediately, when I asked for it for my children. 24/7 hot water facility. Very neat and Clean room. Parking available for 4 cars. Also there is open space adjacent to hotel building available for car parking.I highly recommend this for family stay. There is no complimentary breakfast. If you go by car I suggest to go to Hotel selvam(breakfast sharp @ 8:30 am, Lunch @12:30 pm sharp and dinner before 9:00 pm for dine in otherwise u will get only parcel) which is located on the way to yercuad lake. The hotel is near to pakoda view point(15 mins travel time by car..best for sunrise view point..good to be present there @ 5:30 - 6:00 AM)...Peeku park is just 1.8 km away(must visit if you go with children..suggested timing is 10:00 AM which is the opening time)

Had a really amazing stay at White Mint. The whole place has a very vibrant and refreshing vibe which instantly makes you feel relaxed. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to deluxe without any extra cost such a thoughtful gesture! The balcony was huge and offered a beautiful view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. I especially liked the washroom, and it was great that they even provided a hair dryer small things that add to the comfort. Theres no in-house restaurant, but they help by sharing contact details of nearby hotels for food orders (since Swiggy/Zomato isnt available there), which worked out fine for us. Another big plus is the location its just about 5 minutes from Pagoda View Point and Sky Walk Yercaud. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yercaud!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, the service was poor, and the room was dirty. There were bed bugs in the room, and the power went out several times during my stay. They charged for extra bed. But the extra bed looks very dirty and not in use at all. In addition, the final price did not match the rate that was originally booked. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here especially with family. Please take note as this is the recent and honest review. I don't know how people can give good reviews for such miserable service and stay.

I booked two rooms in this hotel; the location is very near the Sky Park and Pagoda point. Only online booking is done with no food available here. The AC of few rooms do not work properly and they dont have fans either so the travellers in summer be mindful. Parking for 3 cars available in premise others can park outside. We requested for room change as the AC did not work, the caretaker said no rooms available so we contacted the MMT people from where we booked online, then we got deluxe room which had a working AC and a spacious room with scenic balcony. All basic ammenities were available in room from water, hair dryer, toiletries and juice. overall stay was good.

The room was neat and clean. However, the AC in room I stayed was not functioning properly with very little airflow. There was also no option to open the window, as it was sealed. Hotel does not provide tea or coffee service. So even for tea/coffee, need to step out. I ordered dinner based on the hotels recommendation from Eats Cafe, but it turned out to be very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor and not edible. I feel I was unfairly charged 750 for this. If you plan to stay here, I would strongly recommend avoid ordering food from Eats Cafe.
