Cleanliness is very poor.This resort is severely subpar. The property feels neglected and worn out. The swimming pool has been out of order for ages. Cleanliness is a major issue, and the flushing system in my room was broken, requiring manual intervention. The breakfast offered was cold and unappetizing. The service was truly dreadful, with minimal staff presence. There must be superior resorts in the vicinity. I cannot recommend this place. Just a one man show managing this property.

Very worst food. Resort Manager is having attitude. Once we came to resort they asked us to pay the full amount to allocate the room. Rooms are very worst and not clean. Towels or dental kit or soap are not given.service. Food service head response is very worst if we ask anything.. He will respond on the pass. Area is not clean. Swimming pool is not good.. Not worth for the money.. 6 family rooms for 2 days, we had paid 55000, which is not worth stay...

Recently, we visited Nalathambi Resort. The location is good, but the overall service was very disappointing. While booking, we specifically enquired about the swimming pool and were assured that it was available. However, upon arrival, we found that the pool was not functioning. When we asked the front office, they claimed it had been damaged by a guest. Later, a staff member told us that the pool had actually been out of use for several months, which means we were clearly misinformed during booking. The room service was also very poor. There was no hot water, the Wi-Fi hardly worked (it seemed like they kept the router switched off), and even the landlines in the rooms were disconnected. We had to walk to the front office or kitchen for basic supplies. Additionally, whenever we ordered food, they kept suggesting something else instead of providing what we asked for. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory due to these service issues.

Very disappointing stay. There was no power from midnight, making the night extremely uncomfortable. The rooms didnt even have a ceiling fanonly a table fan, which was not sufficient. To make things worse, the restaurant had no food available due to a gas shortage, and this was not informed in advance. When we requested a room change because of the fan issue, it was denied. There were also guests in the neighboring room consuming alcohol, which made the environment unsuitable for families. Overall, not recommended for a comfortable or family-friendly stay.

Very bad experience Family of 8 checkin for 2 nights, restaurant service was not available. Requested for refund for the rooms, Their policy no refund. We had hard time to find a clean Good restaurant. Half family left the resort the very next day without getting the refund. This is my fourth visit to the resort and the worst. Rooms were not ready , had to keep requesting Rooms were very dusty, had to wipe on our own
