Awesome place and spacious rooms, its older so cleaning has to get more focus. Other than that staff is very good. Love the dog greeting everyone at the reception. Very accomodating people felt like home.

This is the third time we are staying here. Very good resort in kolli with decent amenities for 3k per night. The complimentary breakfast was also good. With two chutneys idli dosa pongal kesari and sambar. The rooms are very conveniently located with dining area in the middle area. Camp fire is arranged at a common spot near the swimming pool. Overall had a good experience at this resort and would definitely visit again if going to kolli.

If you value your money, please spend it elsewhere or choose a different resort. This was one of the worst stays of my life. We stayed for two days with friends, booking two rooms, and paid 50% in advance. At check-in, they insisted on collecting the remaining amount immediately. We requested towels during check-in and continued asking multiple times until the next morning, but none were provided. Around 9 AM the following day, we went directly to the staff, only to be told that towels were unavailable and we would need to wait another hour. Since we had plans to visit a waterfall, we left after requesting room cleaning and towels. When we returned around 7 PM, nothing had been doneno cleaning and no towels. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had no working water heater. It was supposedly solar-based, but it didnt function at all, forcing me to take a cold shower. During checkout, they presented a bill for room service and tea/coffee. We raised our concerns and asked for an adjustment due to the poor experience, but they casually told us to adjust during the next visit. As there was no accountability, we adjusted the amount ourselves and paid only half of the bill, asking them to settle the rest in the futurejust as they suggested. My honest advice: please dont waste your money here. The campfire music was outdated and poorly managed. The only positive was the complimentary breakfast, which was decent. Everything else was disappointing. Additionally, they dump waste behind the compound, causing a terrible smell. Also they are allowing the guest to use karaoke devices which causes trouble for other guest. I made several request to reception to stop using it but they are not taking very seriously. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Recently, we visited Nalathambi Resort. The location is good, but the overall service was very disappointing. While booking, we specifically enquired about the swimming pool and were assured that it was available. However, upon arrival, we found that the pool was not functioning. When we asked the front office, they claimed it had been damaged by a guest. Later, a staff member told us that the pool had actually been out of use for several months, which means we were clearly misinformed during booking. The room service was also very poor. There was no hot water, the Wi-Fi hardly worked (it seemed like they kept the router switched off), and even the landlines in the rooms were disconnected. We had to walk to the front office or kitchen for basic supplies. Additionally, whenever we ordered food, they kept suggesting something else instead of providing what we asked for. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory due to these service issues.

Its a spacious compounded resort for a family stay with a restaurant. May not be suitable for vegans as they have combined kitchen and vegans cant bear the smell. Its a budget friendly place before 5 years and now its been given on lease to Le Royal Hospitality. Now they are charging premium but with the same service which we never feel like star hotels. But this is one of the best stay in Kolli Hills.
