The Resort is excellent. Very quite, spacious and a serenic view. Staffs are amazing especially Meera at the Reception. Food is excellent but service was a bit delayed. The Resort's GM Mr. Rajesh was very helpful and courteous throughout the stay. House-keeping staff were excellent in maintaining the room neatly, quick services. Especially Sajal Debarma & Saroj Das from House keeping were efficient. Overall wonderful experience.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the resort overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with good running water and thoughtfully provided amenities. The huts we stayed in were neatly kept and offered a cosy atmosphere. The garden views were lovely, the pools were clean, and the lush greenery added to the relaxing ambience of the property. The food was a highlight of our stayboth dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals. The serving staff were courteous and helpful throughout. A special thanks to Mira at the reception for making our check-in and transactions smooth and comfortable. We would, however, like to share a few constructive suggestions for improvement. The tea and coffee served did not quite match expectations for the price range (6070), as they tasted quite diluted with minimal milk or coffee/tea strength. Enhancing the quality and preparation of these beverages would improve the overall dining experience. Additionally, clearer communication and consistency regarding restaurant timings and policies would be appreciated. We were informed at reception that breakfast began at 7:30 am but were later requested to wait until 8:00 am at the restaurant. Ensuring alignment across teams would help avoid guest inconvenience. Games for both kids and adults were available on the property, and cycling experiences were great for kids and families. Finally, while interactions were professional, a warmer and more welcoming demeanour from the restaurant managementsuch as simple gestures like greeting or smilingwould enhance the hospitality experience guests typically look forward to. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return in the future. With a few refinements in service coordination and beverage quality, the resort has the potential to offer an even more outstanding guest experience.

Mermaid Resorts A Truly Relaxing & Memorable Stay Our experience at Mermaid Resorts was excellent from start to finish, and it truly stands out for its hospitality and comfort. The journey began with a smooth and hassle-free booking experience, thanks to Satheesh, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and clear in coordinating everything. This set the right expectations even before we arrived. At the resort, Mira at the front desk ensured a warm welcome and handled the room allocation efficiently. She was courteous, professional, and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we checked in. A special mention to the room caretaker, who was always attentive and prompt, especially when it came to arranging toiletries and ensuring the room was well-maintained throughout our stay. The facilities are a big highlight: The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, neat, and comfortable. The lawn area adds a calm and refreshing vibe, ideal for spending peaceful evenings. The restaurant is well-organized and offers a pleasant dining experience. The food deserves a special mention. It is nominally priced, tasty, and satisfying, making it great value for money. Breakfast, in particular, was amazing fresh, well-prepared, and a perfect start to the day. Overall, Mermaid Resorts offers a perfect blend of great hospitality, comfortable stay, good food, and relaxing ambience. A big thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again.

We had arranged a day out for our office colleagues at this property. From the time we contacted them till the end of the event the staff took care of the entire event and made it the most memorable for all of us. Great service, delicious food, excellent facilities and a very serene ambience. We found the property very unique for its location, well maintained facilities and most attractive pricing. I have no inhibitions in recommending this property for stay and leisure. Special mention to Shaju and Sebastian who took good care from the beginning to end.

An excellent properties ,amazing food and staffs are very cordially. Calm place for families are best place in this resort Neat & clean room with all bathroom amenities,tcm items. such a greenery lawn,kids paly areas,2 swimming pool and huge ground for playing cricket and foot ball,and other indoor & outdoor games ,cycle are available . i suggested to come and enjoy the resort.
