Such a lovely resort! The property is hugeperfect for taking long, relaxing walks or cycling rounds with your loved ones. They have a great selection of indoor games like Carrom and Table Tennis, along with standard outdoor sports. The swimming pool was a massive hit with the kids, and they had an absolute blast. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. A special thanks to Mobarak from the food and room service team, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He regularly checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed and kept us informed about the facilities and services available. Everything was perfect, and our kids had a fantastic time enjoying the swimming pool, delicious food, and games. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a memorable experience and would definitely recommend this resort to others. We look forward to visiting again!

Mermaid Resorts A Truly Relaxing & Memorable Stay Our experience at Mermaid Resorts was excellent from start to finish, and it truly stands out for its hospitality and comfort. The journey began with a smooth and hassle-free booking experience, thanks to Satheesh, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and clear in coordinating everything. This set the right expectations even before we arrived. At the resort, Mira at the front desk ensured a warm welcome and handled the room allocation efficiently. She was courteous, professional, and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we checked in. A special mention to the room caretaker, who was always attentive and prompt, especially when it came to arranging toiletries and ensuring the room was well-maintained throughout our stay. The facilities are a big highlight: The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, neat, and comfortable. The lawn area adds a calm and refreshing vibe, ideal for spending peaceful evenings. The restaurant is well-organized and offers a pleasant dining experience. The food deserves a special mention. It is nominally priced, tasty, and satisfying, making it great value for money. Breakfast, in particular, was amazing fresh, well-prepared, and a perfect start to the day. Overall, Mermaid Resorts offers a perfect blend of great hospitality, comfortable stay, good food, and relaxing ambience. A big thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable. Rooms are Good, Clean, Hygienic. AC needs to be checked for consistent performance. Great ambience around. Scenic during rain. Lovely people, ready to reach the sky for the guests. All smiles around. Authentic food. Winter will be awesome here. Cant wait to come again This can become a well deserved holiday resort club!

I went to this resort with my family for a day out! Starting from the welcome drink to Evening Snacks was so good ! There timely service was good .. Overall Resort Ambience were peaceful and chill We enjoyed playing in the lawn, swimming pool and kids play area. Swimming pool was Hygeinic and Neat! Food was tasty and plenty! Suggestion and Recommendations: For a Day out People ,please arrange some resting Area with roof! And In kids area , you can add more play items there.. Customer service 10/10 Resort Ambience 10/10 Hygiene 10/10 Food 10/10
