I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and entire property were very clean, neat, and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The ambience of the place is pleasant and perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. One of the best highlights of our stay was the campfire and DJ . The arrangements were excellent, and it created a great vibe during the evening. It was very enjoyable and memorable for all of us. The manager is extremely friendly, polite, and very supportive. He made sure we were comfortable and attended to our needs without any delay. The other staff members were also very courteous and welcoming. We experienced very kind gestures from everyone, which made us feel valued and happy throughout our stay. The service, hospitality, and overall experience were truly satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

This is the only comment you need to consider if you are planning to stay here, I see many unrealistic and untruthful comments. Negatives: We stayed here for a couple of days. The biggest downside is that the property does not look like how it looks in the photos, it is very old and even a basic white-wash has not been done in yrs. The walls in the rooms are full of stains and seepages. The room which stayed in didn't have a window in the bathroom. The bedspreads, blankets and pillow covers didn't have fresh odor. It smelled like what they smell in Devastanam rooms. This place does not have a restaurant, the complimentary BF is brought from outside and served here. Lunch or dinner should be ordered over phone with some place they have tie-up with and they will deliver it to your room. Positives: The people there were very kind and friendly. They did everything within their power to make us feel comfortable. The property is in close proximity to Yercaud juncation Conclusion: We booked for around 2500 per night during New Year season, which I think was a decent deal, therefore I feel it was worth it. My suggestion is not to pay more than 1500 to 2000 per night as anything above that will be too much for this too old property. Suggestion to the Owners: Please spend some money towards property renovations.

We had a wonderful stay at SJK Greenberry Resort. The property is calm, clean and surrounded by greenery, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were courteous, helpful and ensured that our stay was smooth and pleasant. The overall ambience of the resort is peaceful and family-friendly, which made our experience even better. The room boys were kind, helpful and responsive at any time Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the city hustle. Would definitely love to visit again!

We booked a room for one day stay in this resort. I must say that the room was pathetic and felt like we entered into a hospital. Full of detol smell and they didn't clean the room properly. There was no cupboard. No water bottle and no kettle which they posted in pictures. TV was not working. When we complained about it, they told us that they would resolve it soon. But they didn't appear at all. There were stains in the pillow covers which was very disgusting. I think they didn't wash them. And bathroom was pathetic. Didn't feel like using it all. At that chilled climate, water heater was not working, and we were not able to take bath because of it. There was a place for playing badminton but it was not in the condition to play. Children play area was also not maintained properly. And food was the worst thing in the resort. They are providing complementary breakfast which was not at all worth for the money we pay. Totally this was my terrible stay in recent years. I have not given any reviews till now. But I don't want anyone to suffer like us by paying high. The pictures they have in their page were deceptive. Please think before booking this resort. Don't suffer like us.
