I had an exceptional experience during my stay. The property was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent and thoughtfully prepared every single day. What truly sets this place apart are the owners. They are extremely cordial and attentive, with a real eye for detail. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. They went above and beyond by helping us arrange site trips and secure tickets, which made our travel plans so much easier. Overall, a fantastic stay with wonderful hosts. Highly recommended! Thanks from New Zealand!

Fantastic homestay, clean, large bedroom and bathroom with outside balcony seating area. Quiet area but close to town centre. Lovely family. Felt very much a home. We did the cooking class with Rehna in her kitchen which was great, made lots of notes and learnt alot, it was really delicious.

A wonderful homestay! The rooms are fantastic, huge! Rehna is the most hospitable host you could wish to meet. Add to that wonderful local food and the chance to attend one of her cookery demonstrations..and eat the final products you cant go wrong.

Warning: Confirmed booking not honored We booked this accommodation via Agoda and received full confirmation, including valid Agoda and Booking.com reservation numbers. Despite this, when we arrived after 3.5 hours of travel, the owner told us the room was not available. The issue was clearly caused by mismanagement and incorrect configuration on the owners side. The room should never have been offered if it wasnt available. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner acted as if this was our problem, completely ignoring the confirmed booking. The owner seems to have no understanding of how booking platforms work and should not be operating on Agoda/Booking.com if they cannot manage availability properly. Be warned: even with a confirmed booking, there is a serious risk you will not be able to stay here. This caused us a lot of stress, wasted time, and unnecessary travel. Very unprofessional experience. Owner is only interested in making money on his own terms. BE AWARE FOR FRAUD.

Wonderful home stay, rooms are clean, spacious and well designed. The location of home stay is bit far from main thekkady - in case you are not coming on your own vehicle - you will have little challenges in getting autos/cabs
