No hot water was available, and the lunch quality was also not good. The service was delayed, and there was no proper response from the staff when we raised these concerns. Since customers are paying for the service, basic facilities and proper customer service should be provided. Even drinking water seemed to be restricted, as only one bottle was provided. Please look into these issues and take the necessary steps to improve the basic facilities, food quality, service, and customer experience.

The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist guests with a smile. The food served is tasty and fresh, with good variety. The location is convenient, close to major attractions like Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the service was nonexistent. The staff was unhelpful, and it felt like they didn't care about their guests. I had already paid for my stay through the website, but they still demanded extra money upon check-in, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. The food was terrible cold, poorly cooked, and tasteless. When I asked for a menu card, the staff completely ignored my request, leaving me with no choice but to settle for whatever was available. It was an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of service, poor food quality, and hidden charges make it a complete waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options!
