Excellent stay at a reasonable price! Rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly, kind, and always helpful. Great hospitality and comfortable beds made our Thekkady visit perfect. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

I had an awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the service was nonexistent. The staff was unhelpful, and it felt like they didn't care about their guests. I had already paid for my stay through the website, but they still demanded extra money upon check-in, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. The food was terrible cold, poorly cooked, and tasteless. When I asked for a menu card, the staff completely ignored my request, leaving me with no choice but to settle for whatever was available. It was an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of service, poor food quality, and hidden charges make it a complete waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options!
