It's a great place to stay with beautiful gardens, growing his own fruits and vegetables. The negative was the food. We're vegetarian but they're not very adventurous with veg. Kept bringing us meat, which looked great, but we got carrots green beans and cauliflower in a bowl. The chef's are not the best

Had a wonderful stay, a great host who showed us round the spice garden. Very clean, comfortable rooms, superb food. Would highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming hosts who went above and beyond offering to wash clothes and give us a tour of their land. The room was lovely and we ate in their dining room which had spectacular views over the hills of Thekkady
