Very happy with the overall service offered at coffee route.. beautiful location. Nice staff who can take care of the guest really well. Very much humble calm and composed. Special thanks to their manager Farooque, multi linguistic man. Humble and helpful and solution oriented. Extremely positive personality..such people coming together make it a great success in what ever they handle. Kudos to the team..keep up the good work

Meal is average. Room sizes are ok. Views are good. They charged 150 rupees for broken bowl, we don't know who broke it. If you take tea and drink water they charge extra for water. They should have kept mug and glass to avoid this extra cost. No sweet dish kept after dinner, we had to ask explicitly, if dont speak you wont get it. Overall not pleasant experience.

Resort was really great with very nice and spacious rooms with balcony, good food. Only thing is that being a 4star property, apart indoor games or cycling, not much of any other activities. Arranging some activities can do wonders. Overall good experience.

It is amazing to stay here. it's a great experience To stay in this resort.the best and lovely thing is we went for some activities and we got late for breakfast and we requested that we will require the breakfast on 11 am and the manager has accepted the request and we got breakfast on 11.30 am.and the staff is too good for service.they are very humble and treated for tradition manner. I got best experience with the employee of the resort named libu alex

I stayed here for 1 day with my family. We had a wonderful time. Amazing property, mesmerising room views, loved it. Food was also nice.
