We had a wonderful stay at Coffee Routes, Thekkady, and it was one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences of our Kerala trip. The property is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and lush plantations, offering a perfect nature and jungle vibe. The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The calm and green surroundings make it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The service was truly top class. A special mention to Mr. Farooq Patel, the Property Manager, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout our stay. His warm, caring, and helping nature made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was very good, fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared, giving a great start to the day. Overall, Coffee Routes is a perfect blend of natural beauty, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thekkady.

We recently visited Coffee Routes Resort with our family, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Without a doubt, this is one of the best resorts in Thekkady. From the facilities to the smallest details, everything reflects quality and professionalism. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed to give a peaceful, nature-connected vibe. What truly makes this resort stand out is the staff. The manager, Mr. Patel, along with the front office team and the entire staff, were absolutely outstanding. Their behavior and hospitality were beyond expectations they dont treat guests like customers, but more like family. That personal touch made a huge difference in our stay. Every moment we spent there was relaxing, memorable, and filled with positive energy. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone planning a stay in Thekkady. A well-deserved 5-star experience!

Nice play to stay. Its not exactly in the city but not too far so location is great. The staff is very helpful, food was decent, wish the rooms were better though. Some of the rooms are really small while some are good.

We are extremely happy by the hotel, staff, and the service which they offer. Pleased by the way they welcomed us by the aarti. Immensely pleased by the hygiene and cleanliness they maintain. Operation manager Mr. Farooque Patel was highly cooperative and all the staff extended a wonderful hospitality. Food is also too delicious. Highly recommended for staying amongst the nature with utmost peace

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a bit cold at night, and an extra blanket would have been appreciated. However, when I moved the bed to retrieve an item, I noticed that the area underneath was quite dirty and could really use a proper cleaning :)
