This property is highly recommended. The service was exceptional. We had a 10-month-old baby with us, and the staff were very humble and accommodated our every need seamlessly. The location is amazingly situated amidst a lush green tea estate and forest, making it the perfect spot for friends and family to gather with ample privacy.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The property is located in a very nice spot with a lot of privacy. They have a small trek within the property to experience sunset which was worth. Overall a great place to stay for a group of 10 to 15 people.

We stayed at Cassells Resort | Jungle Resort Thekkady, and it was an extraordinary experience. The spacious accommodations comfortably housed our group of 6-15, and the food was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight was the campfire with music, which created a magical atmosphere under the clouds. With its breathtaking views and top-notch dining, it truly felt like a slice of heaven. However, there is a need for some rework on the bathroom glass and mirrors, and a review of pricing for specific foods would be beneficial. Overall, everything else was great.

Dr Anand, an Ophthalmologist working at Oman International hospital, came with my friend to stay at CassellsJungle resort ,an experience which will last for ever.The ambience ,the service were exceptionally good. The view from top of the mountain, called as View point is amazing, the mist surrounded us making us feel we are in the sky .A place to stay with family and friends ????
