We stayed at this hotel for 3 days with a group of 4 members, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also delicious, with good variety and quality thanks to captain James and his team . Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Here's a polished review you can post: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it is rated as a 4-star property, it truly feels like a 5-star experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. A special mention goes to Mr. Sathya, who was incredibly courteous and attentive. He treats every guest with genuine care and respect, which made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great value for money. I would be happy to stay here again. I had a good drink also from here

Stayed here for 3days it's 4 start hotel. The hotel is located in the main road and easily accessible. Room size was good, my room had the attached balcony the view was very beautiful. Breakfast had many varieties and taste was also nice . The menu changes everyday. Size of the bathroom bit small but manageable staff were very polite and professional, requested for early check in and they provide too. They will Even help you to get the rented scooters. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay at this property hence can br considered if you are planning to visit goa

Vagator Down Town was a great place to stay & enjoy with family & friends. We stayed recently at the time of Royal enfield bike show first time in Vagator area which was a wonderful experience.The hotel was close to the event area. Rooms were spacious, food was exceptionally good. We ordered snacks which were really great. We met the chef and he also gave some good local cuisine. It was a great experience and i recommend Vagator Down Town to everyone. Thanks to the Team Vagator Down Town.

We had an absolutely miserable stay at this hotel due to a broken air conditioner and staff who constantly lied to us. Upon check-in, our room was stifling hot because the AC was blowing warm air. When we complained, the front desk acknowledged the issue and explicitly promised we would be moved to a functional room first thing in the morning. Believing them, we suffered through a sleepless, sweating night. However, the next morning, the runaround began. Every time we asked for our new room keys, the staff gave us excuses, telling us to "wait a few hours" because the rooms were still being cleaned. They dragged this process out for the entire day, completely ruining our sightseeing plans as we were stuck waiting. It wasnt until late at nightafter we loudly demanded to speak to a managerthat they finally gave us a moving room. Forcing paying guests to live out of suitcases and wait over 14 hours for a basic room change is unacceptable. The lack of integrity and horrific customer service makes this hotel a place you should avoid at all costs.
