The resort as a whole was great. Amazing service from several people made this trip one to never forget. Esteban was with us every day at the beach and made our trip very enjoyable. He was nice, quick, and very helpful. I was happy to be with him each day. We went to Kabah Sushi Bar for dinner twice and had Alec both times. He was amazing and always joking and smiling. He was able to make great recommendations and even surprise us with some drink choices.

Clean room, friendly service, careful landscaping, fun pools, delicious food. The beach is beautiful, as well. We didnt like the request to attend a timeshare presentation; it was short-lived but still a hassle. Activities were fun but a few cost money that we thought would be free - bicycles and pickleball paddles cost $5/hour. A memorable stay overall, if not perfect

We came in for a family vacation, the area is very very nice we had made a reservation for to bedrooms for about $1400 total when we got there ended up being about $2100 not including the all inclusive. The all inclusive is also very limited, so just a heads up theres a list of the stuff you can get extremely limited i dont recommend it specially if you have kids. Our room had been cleaned in some areas but not all of the areas. Bedrooms were cleaned but they missed cleaning the tubs and the sinks in the bathrooms. the beach is very pretty i will say and its in a very nice area. this place has a lot of potential but it just seems to lacks customer service, we had found insects as well as cockroaches. We let the front staff know about it all they said is that they have a team that works on that. they didnt offer a solution or a way to accommodate. They didnt give a solution either for the price difference. service is also extremely slow :(

I have been coming to resorts in Mexico since I was 19. I am currently 45. I am at the resort right now and honestly have never been more disappointed in a resort. If you book here make sure you are clear with regard to what is included. We arrived and found out that the GYM was NOT included, room service is NOT included and we only get to eat dinner 2x at the other more fancy restaurants. I was shocked! The main buffet is the most boring a simple buffets Ive ever experienced- they dont offer strawberries or mangos or even fresh avocado everyday. Its small and extremely basic. When we tried to share with Lorraine and other staff how we felt about one room that was smelly, no gym access, no room service, no first aid( we needed one bandaid) it took her forever to finally give us a free dinner at a fancy restaurant. WOW a total of three at an all inclusive. The lobby bar ( the only place to get certain snacks at night) always has horribly long lines ( because its the only place to do) and the food takes like 40min to come every single time. There is zero ice cream on the resort unless you want to pay for it. Again, never in my life have I not been able to get ice cream every single day at an all inclusive. This resort is a 2-3 star not a 4 or 5. Im used to 4 or 5 where none of these things have ever been an issue for me. We are leaving in two days and wont be staying here ever again.

Rating this as an American with a family that did the all inclusive for a week. We had the two bedroom suite with 2 king beds, 2 baths, and a kitchen. Pretty awesome. Only complaint I have here is personal preference- those beds were really hard. My wife loves firm beds though, so really a win. Overall service was pretty good in terms of the attentiveness. One complaint about the experience is that the Tulum restaurants food is amazingly awful. Like- my kids like crappy food- theyll beg for McDonalds. But they found almost all the food at the buffet to be inedible, as did the adults in our group. Worth noting here that the all-inclusive drinks were hot garbage as well. We all would have liked to have spent the week drinking cocktails by the pool but the drinks were so bad we couldnt do that. The kids did like the suuuuuper sugary daiquiris and pina coladas. The food outside of tulum was better- not great. I also cannot understate how bad the coffee is. My biggest overall complaint is that the all-inclusive is absolutely not all-inclusive. The nice restaurants were limited to us to only 2 dinners all week. The Asian food was legit good. Ironically, the Mexican food was not. They restrict the times you can get food and beverages to different blocks for different places leaving us having to constantly check all week where we could go and when so many wouldnt be charged for something. I think also notable is that this resort seems to target the Spanish speaking population which meant that about 80% of the visitors were Mexican and subsequently many of the staff dont speak any/much English, which was fine for me (I speak Spanish) but definitely stands in contrast to other resorts Ive been to where language barriers dont exist for Americans. Theres a gentleman named Martin that has a little stand outside the main entrance helping people schedule excursions. We did a fishing trip and swim with the sea lions through him. Those were fun. We also did a full day adventure though Vallarta Adventures to see an island- also great. Worth noting here that on our fishing trip we caught a Mahi-mahi and our crew of two made an amazingly delicious ceviche right there on the boat. Ive eaten a lot of ceviche in my life and this probably took the cake. Obviously the fish was fresh but they brought fresh veggies and lime and salt, too. It was great. That was on the boat Happy Days 1 with Raul and Martin. If the food and drinks had been better would have given it a 5/5.
We would be more than happy to help you. Our team is 24/7 at your service to help you.
