I had a wonderful stay at Shining Sand Beach Resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is beautiful, with easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The food and overall service were excellent. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beach vacation. Will definitely visit again!

We recently stayed at Shining Sand Beach Resort, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The stay is very well maintained, clean, and hygienic. The food was also really good and we enjoyed it. A special mention to Santosh, who served us with great patience and a friendly attitude. Even though we were having breakfast close to the closing time, he served us without making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. We also had a wonderful massage from Chandu at the resort. His service was really good, and he was extremely helpful throughout. He even helped us take photos and videos while we were making reels! His friendly, decent, and helpful nature definitely added to our experience. One thing that could definitely be improved is the manager's approach. We felt that he was overly money-minded, which was noticeable during our interaction. You may also experience some unpleasantness from a few others at the restaurant. Luckily, we did not let these things affect our mood or spoil our trip, and chose to focus on enjoying our stay. Overall, apart from this, we had a very nice experience and would recommend the resort for its cleanliness, food, and the helpful service provided by staff like Santosh and Chandu.

The hotel stay was decent overall, mainly because the staff were very friendly, polite, and always helpful. One of the biggest advantages is the location, as the beach is just a 30-second walk away, which made the stay more enjoyable. The food ordered from the restaurant was also good and satisfying. However, the rooms definitely need better maintenance and attention to basic hospitality standards. No toiletries were kept in the room before check-in, and even basic floor mats were not arranged. Additionally, the sink got clogged, making it impossible to use the tap properly, which was quite inconvenient. If the hotel improves these areas and focuses more on room maintenance and guest comfort, it can definitely become a very good place to stay.

Our friend group had an amazing time at Shining Sand Beach Resort. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway right by the beach with great views and plenty of space to chill together. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and cooperative with all our requests. We especially enjoyed the peaceful vibe, beach access, and spending evenings together around the resort. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and overall the service was good throughout our stay. Best stay

They don't know what is hospitality means. The manager is very rude. Followed by them the staff Aldo doesn't know what is hospitality means. All of them are very rude. Never select this resort for your stay. The staff can't even provide an extra bed for kids without payment at mid night Even though they committed kids stay for free in agreement. No welcome drinks served as specified in their nooking. Neither can they give the same non agreement in righting stating only officials can come and answer in the morning leaving the kids stranded. My prudential advise is that pls dont select this place. They will only ruin your happiness. Very ruthless staff. Don't even know the least courtesy to be able to handle the kids comfort. Very money minded.
