5/5 Wonderful Stay at Peninsula Beach Resort We stayed at Peninsula Beach Resort with a group of 30+ people, and the whole experience was truly impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was well maintained, and the party hall was perfect for our gathering. A big appreciation to the head of the hotel. He really took care of us from start to finish. He offered a huge discount for our group booking and even changed the entire menu to serve tasty South Indian food just because our group preferred it. The food was excellent, and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. Whenever we needed anything, he was right there to support us without any delay. Overall, Peninsula Beach Resort gave us a memorable stay with great facilities, good food, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for group stays, family functions, and anyone who wants a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Its even doesn't deserve single star. Cleaning Service is pathetic. Room quality is pathetic. Curtains are dirty and torn. After so many complaints no improvement . Bathrooms not cleaned after complaint. Balcony is filled with AC waste water. Bed size is even not queen size. All staff are neglect complaints of guest. Pool is filled of chlorine water , kids get allergy. And even not cleaned . Staircase are so dirty like it never clean. garden is not clean. I don't know who is the owner of this property but may be in sabko gandgi me rehne ki aadat he isliye cleaning pasand hi nhi. Its my suggestion don't go for this room. There is paid reviews. They charged 4200 for one night but it doesn't deserve 1500 too. I don't have seen any option to post pics of the proof But I will definitely post with photos on another portal. It was worst experience in peninsula resorts in Goa.

We were four friends visiting Goa and had booked Peninsula Beach Resort for our stay. However, our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was garbage scattered around the hotel ambience and cottage area, and many places looked very unhygienic. Because of this, the environment did not feel pleasant at all. The staff behavior was also not up to expectations. The food quality was average neither very good nor very bad. Overall, we did not like this hotel at all.

I was very disappointed with this hotel; it should not be classified as a 3-star . It lacked basic hygiene and maintenance. There was no welcome drink or greeting upon arrival. Furthermore, the staff insisted on the balance payment before even showing us the rooms. Room Quality: The rooms were poorly maintainedcupboards had no doors and the lights flickered constantly. Even after changing rooms, the conditions remained the same. Most distressingly, there were rats roaming in the room at night. Cockroaches in the lobby area. Dining: The food quality was average. However, the non-veg items were kept isolated near a washbasin, which was unappetizing. There were also 6 to 7 cats roaming around the dining area. When they handover the room there was no basic thing provided like, towel, water, tooth brush....for every time we had to call the waiter, who came at his sweet time.

Worst Hotel Experience Highly Unprofessional Staff I had a very terrible experience at this resort. The biggest issue was the staff behavior, which was extremely rude and unacceptable. Whenever we asked for anything, instead of helping, the staff started using abusive language and even gave gaalis. This kind of behavior is shocking and completely unprofessional. Guests are treated very badly here. Rooms were also not clean, and the overall service was very poor. No proper response to complaints, and management doesnt seem to care at all. This place is not safe or comfortable for families. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Very bad and disrespectful experience
