Wow!great Extremely well maintained home stay at 10 mins walk to Fort Kochi beach side. As soon as I walk in the owner Mr. Shazil greets warmly. He is extremely friendly and explains everything in detail. The interior of the home stay is quiet large. There is a common living area which has TV audio system etc. Highlight of apartment is fully furnished kitchen, pretty useful for people who wish to stay long enough. There are two balconies wide enough to stand and feel the salty air from shore blowing over the hair. The bed and toilet were pretty clean and toiletries (towel and shampoo) were kept before I had arrived. Had very pleasant sleep with minimal distraction. Each of the guest is provided with separate keys for entry in case if groups wants to split up and proceed. Now to cons (just to balance) 1. Difficult to locate the entrance. 2. One of the fans needed some oiling. But nevertheless it's worth the money that a tourist pay. Strongly recommend to backpackers and long term stayers.

Had a nice stay, easy access to fortkochi and mattanchery,good ambience as owners family itself took care of us, good food, our family really had a good time, definitely we will visit again

The owner of the hotel is very nice he always helped me. it's too close to the kochi beach. I hade amezing stay thier.
