I stayed here for one week and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My room was very comfortable with great air conditioning and a good shower, which made such a difference in the heat. The whole place felt calm, peaceful, and very well looked after. They were especially amazing when my original accommodation was cancelled on the day of travel. At the last minute, they stepped in and made everything smooth and stress-free. They also arranged local travel for me and helped organise my onward journey, which I really appreciated. As a single woman traveller, I felt very safe here. Security is good, and the atmosphere is respectful and relaxed. The private beach is quiet and beautiful perfect for switching off. The gardens are absolutely stunning and clearly a real labour of love. The owners are so passionate about creating something special, and they have an ongoing project developing a beautiful garden that will eventually lead all the way down to the lake. You can really feel the care and vision behind it. The home-cooked food was delicious, and there are also lovely local restaurants and street food options nearby if you want to explore. Theres a very good Ayurvedic practice close by, and they even arranged for a yoga teacher to come to the property I had lessons on the roof overlooking the ocean, which was incredibly special. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

I would not recommend to stay here! A completely overpriced and frustrating experience. We booked 3 rooms for a group of 8 people. Upon arrival, we were told that only 3 people were allowed per room, with the arrangement being 2 on the main bed and 1 on an extra bed. However, the extra beds were never even provided. The room conditions and amenities were a total disaster: Appliances: Right from the start, the AC in one room and the mini-fridges in every single room were completely broken. Shortly after, a second room's AC also stopped working. No Backup Power: To make matters worse, the fans stopped working, and the property had absolutely no power backup to support their guests. No Water: We had zero water supply for the entirety of our stay. Water finally became available only the next morning as we were preparing to leave. When we confronted management and asked for a reasonable price reduction for these severe inconveniences, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they unprofessionally argued with us, claiming the AC wasn't cooling because we "left the balcony doors open." After all that trouble, they merely deducted an insulting 500 from the total bill. I will absolutely not recommend this property to anyone.Management seriously needs to change their attitude and learn how to treat paying guests with respect. Pros: The rooms themselves were clean, and the location is conveniently near Cherai Beach. Cons: Broken ACs, no water, no power backup, missing beds, and terrible management attitude.

Very good location, just in front of cherai beach. Only 20-30 meters away. Polite staff. Rooms are little smaller, but worth the price. This property is surrounded by cherai beach from front and back waters at the back.

I stayed 2 nights with my 3yo son and while the Service was very friendly & accommodating (especially Prakesh ) overall it was a mediocre experience. The rooms were quite nice, though the bathroom couldve been cleaner. What was really disappointing was the food. The only advantage was that everything was so blunt that my 3yo could eat everything without being afraid it could be too spicy The location is quite nice as you have direct access to a rather quiet beach. The pool is great and clean.

The place is very beautiful on the banks of back water and you can see sunrise from your room. The garden is well made but not maintained. Room service is average as they will order food for you from outside but kitchen has limited stuff. Cleanliness in rooms is average . This property is well thought of but lacks some amenties. Has a lot of scope . Staff was friendly and helpful
