Great view,great location. It isn't crowded and the beaches aren't deep. We had lots of fun swimming in the beach and pool. We stayed at the Cherai beach 'regency'. Food was good. The only thing that needs improvement is in the training of staff in hospitality. Few were arrogant and weren't willing to help us. Showed annoyance and were disrespectful. We have notified the management about the same, they took it seriously and promised that they will implement the same. Apart from this issue everything else was almost perfect. The pool was well maintained and the property too. Traditional beach house with a touch of modern amenities.Keep it up. Will visit again and also recommend this place for someone looking for a short or long getaway!!

I had a terrible experience at this resort and would never recommend it, especially for families. The room we were given was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. It was nowhere near the standard expected, yet they charged ?4000 for a room that wasn’t even worth ?1000. Horrible Service – We placed our dinner order at 5 PM, but when we arrived at 8:30 PM with a small child, they casually said they had forgotten to prepare it. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Terrible Food Quality – Even the breakfast served was stone-cold, showing a complete lack of effort from the staff. This place is a total fraud, and I would strongly advise against booking it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

A nice place to stay with the beach right across the road. Sundecks and Umbrellas available. There is a swimming pool as well. The roof garden is a nice place to relax. No lifts to upper floors. But staff helped with the luggage so its pretty manageable.

Popped in here for swim and dinner. The hosts seemed pleasant and accommodating. The place is beautifully presented. We paid to use the pool and ordered drinks and dinner. When we left the hostess said we had to pay extra ‘rent’ per hour on top of the fee we had already paid to use the pool, that we were only allowed 2 hrs of pool time, this had not been communicated from the outset. This doubled what we had already paid. The dinner I ordered was not what I had ordered but she insisted it was. Rude and unfriendly.
