Excellent home-stay kind of apartment. Two rooms & hall with every single amenity a house needs. Nice view, and cool weather, colder in the evenings. The only issues we faced were the utmost difficulty in reaching the place from the main road, the almost a kilometer of road is in a very bad condition, potholes rocky, rugged... Of course a roller coaster ride! The place doesn't serve food, have to rely on other sources. Either use the cooking facilities there ourselves or get from outside which again is a strenuous task as we have to source out from restaurants which require quite some travel, not even small shops closeby. The caretaker was a very helpful man who could organise to get food delivered on a payment basis, but again, there was a problem of choice. Inspite of these hitches we loved the stay of two nights / three days. Excellent views, remarkable sight seeing spots very closeby, the best being Parunthumpara hills and surroundings, nature at its best! There is an amazing waterfall very near to the resort, pristine, quite n safe to take a cool shower under the falls. We enjoyed, yes!

This stay feels so homely and the climate was really wonderful at night. The rooms and garden looks exceptional. The attitude of the caretaker(Justin) of this property influenced immensely on my staying experience, there is trail for the trekking enthusiasts. Parumthimpara view point is visible from the top of this trail. Overall I had a wonderful experience few days at this property

Best place to stay with your friends . The road to the property is kinda narrow and bumpy rather than that it's fine. It's a two store building with two bed rooms and attached bathroom on both floors. I would prefer the 2nd floor than the first floor because you will get the balcony too. It's better you contact owner of the property so that you may get the rooms in rather cheap price than on online .

Very nice view..need to improve the quality of accommodation...very difficult to reach...no facility for food. Need to arrange food yourself from outside...only the location for the site view is ok. Not recommend for any aged person, will not able to reach the room by walking the steep path...It is a developing area..
