2 weeks back we booked a room there consisting of total 7 people. The room was clean and good but there was no sealing fans available instead we had a table fan but that was also not working properly. And the owner behaviour was not pleasant as we expect.

Hosts are wonderful. Location is a bit towards the interiors of Panchalimedu. One primary problem the rooms face is that they don't have any ceiling fans. Might have decided like that anticipating a cool temperature. However it doesn't seem so and can pose a problem of heat.

This place is situated at a wonderful location. They were very friendly and loved their hospitality. Must visit place if you just want to chill.

Spacious rooms and living area. Our toddler had a lot of fun running around indoors. Calm place with great ambience and morning views.
