Rooms were OK for the price. Bathroom is in not that great. When I went, heater wasn't working. The old couple who were the caretakers of the property tried to heat water over their gas stove and brought it upstairs. But wonderful views though

Very pleasant stay and cozy atmosphere with a beautiful balcony scene really loved the ambiance and silence

2 weeks back we booked a room there consisting of total 7 people. The room was clean and good but there was no sealing fans available instead we had a table fan but that was also not working properly. And the owner behaviour was not pleasant as we expect.

Hosts are wonderful. Location is a bit towards the interiors of Panchalimedu. One primary problem the rooms face is that they don't have any ceiling fans. Might have decided like that anticipating a cool temperature. However it doesn't seem so and can pose a problem of heat.
