Extremely horrible experience with both Yatra and Hotel Grande Delmon, Goa. I had a confirmed booking voucher from Yatra, travelled alone to Goa, and still got denied check-in by the hotel. Hotel staff member Daisy Dsouza openly said the price shown by Yatra was too low and that they never accepted the booking. Despite this, the hotel then tried charging me a much higher amount on the spot, clearly taking advantage of the situation. I contacted Yatra support and spoke with Priya Pratab, Pradeep Saini, and Kamaljeet Kaur, who kept assuring me they would arrange an alternate hotel. Yet I was left sitting in the hotel lobby for more than 3 hours alone with luggage and no resolution. A confirmed booking should actually mean something. This was mentally exhausting, unsafe, and extremely unprofessional from both Yatra and Hotel Grande Delmon. Would strongly advise travellers, especially solo travellers, to avoid this hotel and be cautious while booking through Yatra.

I had a long stay at the hotel as I was here for Serendipity Festival with my performance. I was here for 8 nights and 9 days! The staff was really helpful and cheerfulyou need such people for a good stay in a hotel. I would like to mention few people who made my stay better: Ms Ankita at the front desk, who always welcomed me with her smile. And, Anishwho was always there for any help regarding housekeeping. A big shoutout to Sudipto, who always made Dosa and Omlette as per my demand during the breakfast. It was his nice smile that made my day start well. Also, Mr Mahi and Ms Daisy at the front desk helped me have a good time. Also the location of the hotel is very goodright in the middle of the Panjim Market! All in all I had a good time at the hotel. I wish to come back here in future. Best wishes to everybody.

Cleanliness wise really excellent. We had some snacks here for the conference. Hara bhara kebab, and sandwiches were excelent. Spring rolls were disappointing. Overall excellent hospitality and service.
