The room was good, and the location was also convenient. However, the staffs approach and customer service were very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The key provided to me was already damaged. When I informed the staff after the key broke while I was turning it normally, they immediately blamed me and claimed that the key was perfectly fine when it was given to me. I only applied a normal amount of force to turn the key, and a steel key should not break under such circumstances unless it was already damaged or of very poor quality. Instead of understanding the situation, the staff blamed me and charged me extra for the damage. The way the matter was handled was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional as if they were mocking the customer. The room and location were good, but the poor staff attitude and the way this issue was handled completely ruined my experience.

The staff are extremely extremely good and helpful even for non malayalis too. I forgot my charger, they went an extra mile to ensure that I get mine back, especially Jaseel and others were kind enough to ensure I had zero language issue. Thnks a ton for making my stay the best.

**** Had a wonderful experience at Excellency Hotel. The food was delicious with a great variety and excellent quality. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We stayed at this hotel while arriving in and departing from Kochi, and it was a very convenient choice. The hotel is located very close to the airport and also provides pick-up and drop-off facilities, which made our travel smooth and stress-free. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience.

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, especially at the reception. The lady at the reception was very rude and had a very unpleasant attitude toward guests. They are also very strict about the check-out time. Even if you exceed the check-out limit by just 10 minutes, they charge you for an additional one hour. Overall, very poor service and customer handling. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay here again.
