**** Had a wonderful experience at Excellency Hotel. The food was delicious with a great variety and excellent quality. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. . Decent, family environment. . Guests are allowed in the room for visit. . Rooms are relatively small except 2 rooms . Complimentary breakfast is NOT AVAILABLE. . But, Restaurant room service is good and the rates are very much affordable. . Taste-wise and quantity are good. . Bathroom door is partially broken. . Maintenance can be better. . They have an Annexe Building - Hotel Excellency Annexe - bigger rooms - a little off the main building. . Cloak Room available . Accessible with ramp and lift. . Limited parking available . Very limited

The staff are extremely extremely good and helpful even for non malayalis too. I forgot my charger, they went an extra mile to ensure that I get mine back, especially Jaseel and others were kind enough to ensure I had zero language issue. Thnks a ton for making my stay the best.

We stayed at this hotel while arriving in and departing from Kochi, and it was a very convenient choice. The hotel is located very close to the airport and also provides pick-up and drop-off facilities, which made our travel smooth and stress-free. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience.

I was here for approximately 07 days. With 50% discount I paid only Rs 10000/ for total stay excluding breakfast. The room is neat and clean with basic amenities. House keeping maintained cleanliness on daily basis. The restaurant serves good food in reasonable price. Alternatively You can also try nearby South Indian restaurant for breakfast Where fresh breakfast is served in affordable prices. The hotel is centrally located, Ernakulam railway junction is 7 to 8 minutes of walk. The staffs are friendly and approachable. My overall experience was good.
