I recently stayed at the hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping services were timely and satisfactory. The hotels location is convenient, and the food quality was good with decent variety. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. One area of improvement could be providing complimentary drinking water more than once a day for guests. Apart from this minor suggestion, everything else was well managed. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars and would consider staying here again in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and I found the service here so good that what should I tell you guys and the food here is like five star food and all the staff here were very good, their behavior was very good, it is a very luxury property, the rooms are so clean that there is no such room in any hotel in Goa, I have never seen such cleanliness anywhere.

Me and my husband we came through on honeymoon trip at this hotel for 3 nights 4 days. Room was nice and big, washroom service, breakfast and dinner also best... room service, receptionist also well behaved and nice..

"Here's your revised response: 'At the time of checkout, it was raining heavily and we were sitting near the reception. But the receptionist asked us to leave, which was very rude and uncooperative behavior. In such situations, when guests are already feeling uncomfortable, it's even more important for the staff to be sensitive and helpful.'" Staff behaviour is too much bad
