I recently stayed at the hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping services were timely and satisfactory. The hotels location is convenient, and the food quality was good with decent variety. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. One area of improvement could be providing complimentary drinking water more than once a day for guests. Apart from this minor suggestion, everything else was well managed. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars and would consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel is quite good, and the service we received was excellent. I really liked everything, but what impressed me the most was the behavior of Aman, the manager; his way of speaking is delightful. As for the service, it is simply outstandingtruly top-notch.

The owner of the hotel seemed very confused about the business operations. The hotel does not support international payments, which created a lot of inconvenience for us. The staff kept changing the room details and pricing first they said the room was around 4500, then later said it was not the Supreme/Deluxe room we had booked. The whole situation was very unorganized and unprofessional. On top of that, extra charges were added to our bill without proper explanation, and even the WiFi service was poor. Overall, the hotel experience was extremely disappointing. The management seriously needs improvement in communication, transparency, and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

The main reason for my rating is that I really liked the hotel; the food tasted just like home-cooked meals, the staff was excellent, and the cleanliness was also very good.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and I found the service here so good that what should I tell you guys and the food here is like five star food and all the staff here were very good, their behavior was very good, it is a very luxury property, the rooms are so clean that there is no such room in any hotel in Goa, I have never seen such cleanliness anywhere.
