I stayed at the property and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, and the property was well maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, which was appreciated. I did have a concern regarding the additional charge for an extra person, as I was charged more than half of the original room price. I raised this issue with the supervisor, Ammu Biju, who handled the matter very professionally and politely. She understood my concern, resolved the issue, and kindly offered a complimentary late checkout, which was a nice gesture. A few areas could be improved: the TV was not working due to a network issue, and there was some disturbance at night due to loud singing from corridor or another room. Overall, the stay was good, and the staff service was excellent.

We had a very short halt, checked in at night and out in morning, so not much to review. The hotel is located at convenient location, making it easy to travel around, though slightly away from hustle of city. The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of quality options. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here with a group recently, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Every request to the reception took an extremely long time to get fulfilled even getting drinking water refilled took almost 2 hours. The nights were especially terrible because there was no continuous electricity supply due to rain. The generator was also unreliable and worked only intermittently. The rooms didnt even have fans, and the AC would not restart automatically after power cuts, making it very uncomfortable. The front office staff seemed completely clueless and unprepared to handle guest requests. They had little or no coordination with the housekeeping staffs. We had informed the hotel about extra beds during booking, reminded them again during check-in, and followed up multiple times at night, but the extra beds were provided only around 11 PM. The hotel was overcrowded at the time, with Kerala Blasters players also staying there, which may explain the poor service but that should not come at the expense of other guests comfort. The only positive was the breakfast, which tasted good, though the options were quite limited. Overall, a very poorly managed and definitely not worth the experience. Would not recommend.

Our stay at Classic Fort Hotel was truly enjoyable and comfortable. One of the best highlights of the hotel is its beautiful rooftop swimming pool, which offers a relaxing and refreshing experience. Swimming on the rooftop with a lovely view all around was absolutely amazing, especially during the evening. The ambiance is calm and pleasant, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of travel. The hotel is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The combination of comfort, good service, and the unique rooftop pool makes this place stand out. Overall, Classic Fort Hotel is a great choice for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I really liked this hotel and the staff here provides all the facilities and The behavior of all the staff is also very good. the rooms are also very well maintained and clean and the location is also good. And the hotel wifi was also working very well. And it is on the roadside, so if you want to go to the market somewhere, there is no problem. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Kochi.
