It was a wonderful experience for all of us. We were five families and had a very enjoyable day together. The staff were always available to assist us in any situation. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, while the adults appreciated the ambiance. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Really disappointed with this property. As per the photos we thought we had booked a premium luxury villa but we were shocked because the photos were so deceiving and the actual property is very mediocre and average. No proper maintenance is done, curtains were dirty and the room we got did not have a functioning lock and eventually we had to change rooms. We dont know what we might have done if there was no spare room available. The worst part was there was hair in the toilet closet and seating area. For 7k, it is absolute waste of money and the service and the staff was bad. There was not even toilet papers in the washroom. Breakfast was also awful. The only good thing was that the property had a good look from the outside with the scenic mist and view.

I am seeing all these 5 star reviews, but for us it was a terrible experience, The airconditioner was not working, there was no hot water supply in the beginning, had to run behind the care taker for this to get sorted. Extra bed was provided but no bedding, again we had to be behind them to get it. Hygeine was so bad, it was smelling everywhere, especially the bathroom. Please don't go seeing all this postive Reviews,This property have the capacity to be the best but maintained very poorly, even the bedding was dirty. None of the locks was working properly. Very bad customer service. We were travelling with babies and never again and won't recommend it to anyone.

We visited this villa as a weekend getaway trip very recently and it was really really disappointing. The motor was not pumped, heater was not working, rooms and bathrooms had bad odour, the water was turbid, the locks were not functioning... all these complaints while we made our booking long back. We were travelling with babies and a senior citizen, the amount of times we had to go behind them for basic amenities was really disappointing. No facilities are available if you're looking to travel with new born or babies. Hospitality was non existent. Really disappointed !
