We are deeply grateful for this beautiful homestay and the exceptional care we received here. The warmth, kindness, and attention shown by Varghese, the caretaker made our stay truly special. This place felt less like accommodation and more like a home filled with genuine care and comfort.

Geyser has a problem where two master bedrooms share a single geyser with stupid double-switch logic. Often, parents get confused about whether its on or off, which in turn turns off the geyser because the other washroom cant see if its on or off. Bonfire is a big winner and a must-do for everyone. The caretaker is really helpful and makes great food. However, the Wi-Fi doesnt reach the rooms and is only limited to the living room.

Thank you Woodside for making our Onam memorable! We, a group of 15-16 people with kids had stayed at the Woodside during the Onam Holidays for around 3 nights and it felt like a home away from home for us. The location is pristine and it is a cozy villa with easy access to the nearby town of Kuttikkanam, caretaker Mr Varghese is at the property 24/7 and is really helpful and available to cater to all your needs. We'll surely come back if the stars align :)

Great location. Quiet. A small stream nearby where you can take a dip. As it is public, expect others. Rooms were also great. Nice ambience. But had mold (fungi) at certain places, esp. some wooden furniture. A big kitchen open to the guests. There are people going around, probably workers of the adjacent farm and people helping the caretaker. The care taker was of decent help. Made us a bbq at night. The cost was a bit high though. Breakfast was free. Other than that there are a couple of hotels that deliver food to this property.
