It's overpriced place to stay. Unco-operative caretaker & his wife. We paid 5000 for the stay. The whole place includes 1 living room +2 bedroom+ dining area & kitchen. But they closed the dinning & kitchen. We had food to cook which they showed a kitchen outside. As it was uncomfortable to cook some out and bring it to the room. We were forced to ask them to cook. Totally waste ...they spoil our trip.

The villas are new, spacious, clean and tidy. The looks of it are heart warming. There is a decent view of the Pine valley from this place. You get a tv, small cooling compartment, basic kitchen utilities, good amenities and much more. The staffs over there are of much help and decent behaviour. Yet, I should say, the road to this destination is a nightmare for about 2 kms from Vagamon junction(or, interesting to off-roaders ).

We stayed here four nights. The couple running the guest house were extremely kind and hospitable, and the meals they prepared for us were each very good. We made friends with their dog Toni as well :) The area is remote, no WiFi here, but there is a television with cable, if you can tear yourself away from the beautiful views of the tea gardens and hills.

Nice climate. Lower portion of a hill. It look like the building is an old one. Not properly maintained. Calm and quiet area. You don't get disturbed by others. You will get tasty food ???? there...

Had a wonderful stay.... Beauty of Nature is redefined. Homely Kerala Food .... Cleanly Rooms Best Hospitality by the manager and family who stays there. Enjoy Orange Plantation in middle of Tea Estate with tasty Litchis around.
