Vanilla County is one of those rare places that feels less like a place to stay and more like being welcomed into someones home. This beautiful heritage home, surrounded by lush greenery, is peaceful, charming, and the perfect escape if youre looking to slow down and reconnect with nature. Sillu and Mathew are wonderful hosts. They are genuinely warm, kind, and always happy to chat, share stories, and offer local recommendations. Their hospitality makes the entire experience feel personal and memorable. The staff deserve equal appreciation for their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout your stay. A special mention to Tania, whose warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always cheerful, helpful, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with care, featuring authentic Kerala home-style flavours made with local ingredients. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vagamon.

The experience was surreal. We had a wonderful staycation here. The food was delicious. The staffs were so welcoming and the host too. We went on a farm visit and that was also great experience. The have inhouse bakery. If you can walk a few miles you will reach a beautiful water body. If it's rainy seasons or days it would be full and great experience. We loved it and give 10/10

Had a lovely stay at Vanilla County Surrounded by greenery, its the perfect peaceful escape. We spent 2 nights here. They took us on their farm tour which is very well maintained and informative with a lovely view of the mountains. We also went hiking to a private waterfall where we can go in for a dip. They have an in-house bakery serving some amazing cakes and cookies. Food was homely and tasty. Their non veg roasts are a must try on the menu! The host and staff were warm and helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable throughout. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality! A great spot if youre looking to relax and unwind in nature.

We were lucky to spend a night at Vanilla County last month and were grateful to the team there for their excellent hospitality. We enjoyed understanding the history of the heritage property, eating delicious food (both dinner and breakfast) whilst exploring the gardens and taking advantage of the swimming pool. We were there with our children who loved their time there too - it is very family-friendly - and in particular the Land Rover ride to their nearby farm. Its a great place to walk from too with stunning local scenery. As a final demonstration of their kindness, they arranged for certain items wed left behind to be posted to our next location. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Vanilla County was absolutely memorable for my entire family. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home. In many ways, it felt like stepping into what one would dream their own home to be: full of warmth, genuinely caring people, incredible food and heartfelt hospitality. One of the absolute highlights was the food. We ate all our meals at Vanilla County and every single one was fresh, flavourful and prepared with so much care. I would highly recommend this loving and beautiful place to anyone looking for a peaceful home-like stay in in Kerala.
