Excellent hospitality, 5star rated. Good place, good food and food people. WE had hill view balcony room with glass window from room. Excellent service and staff are very cordial, supportive and understanding. Milan, who manages the property made our visit memorable. We would love to recommend this place to our friends and family. Overall 5 starsssss. Thank you!

Stayed there on new year and had a great stay there . Located on a small hill, and the wind gave very cool atmosphere everytime including noon. The road to the location is a bit damaged but was okay. Good service and clean rooms.

We have booked a Double Room with mountains view. It was a great pleasure to spent a day in Vagamon Hill Chimes.The Manager Mr.Milan Sebastian is very friendly, cooperative who arranged for our early check-in. The hotel, the ambiance, the staff behaviour and the food quality are excellent. The hotel is situated on a mountain top from where one can see the mountain views and landscape of ranges of Western Ghats. I give 5 out of 5 and recommend my friends & relatives.

We booked a Twin Room with a terrace at this property for our Christmas holiday family trip to Vagamon. We can confidently say that we fully enjoyed our stay at Vagamon Hill Chimes for the following reasons: Cleanliness: The property is well-maintained, and the surroundings, along with amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and cups, were all clean. The washrooms were also spotless and had a pleasant fragrance. Staff: The staff was always at our fingertips. Whenever we called for assistance, they were ready to help, and they frequently gathered feedback to improve their service. A special mention goes to Milan, who was our main host at the property. His service was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. Food: The breakfast, which was included in the package, consisted of puttu with kadala curry. Additionally, if you need dinner, they cook it at the property itself, just like home, at a reasonable price. The only issue we encountered was: Location: To reach the property, you'll need to drive through a rough terrain, and the roads can be a bit risky. If you're driving, make sure you have at least intermediate driving skills, as the roads have sharp curves, narrow stretches, and stone edges that could pose challenges.

Great secluded place to spend your holidays away from city life and crowd. Perfect rooms and service with delicious food. They also provide breakfast and dinner on demand. Great staff.
