We stayed here for one night, and it was an amazing experience. This is an individual resort with a private river view point at the back. The view is mind-blowing, and the rooms are very clean. Usually, we just leave the utensils after use, but because of their cleanliness, we washed all their vessels and kept the resort just like it was when we arrived. That's how much we liked this place. The resort can accommodate up to 10 people, but 6-7 is more comfortable. The river view point is top-notch, and it’s something you really can't describe in words. The owner, Shyam, is very helpful and kind. He even called us to check if we needed an early check-in, and also allowed us to stay a bit later than the checkout time without any complaints. Nijo, the caretaker, is truly a well-caring person. We forgot to bring charcoal, and he arranged it for us within 20 minutes. He is so kind and helpful. Overall, if you're planning to visit Kuttikkanam, you can blindly choose this resort. It's perfect for both family and friends. I’ve never written such a long review before, which shows how much I liked this place and the kindness of Mr. Shyam and Mr. Nijo.

It is really like a homestay. Thusharam made our trip one of the memorable one.. we had great memories there.. The caretaker Lijo, is very helpful. Shyam brother hatsoff for maintaining such a place. Lovely stay.

A quiet place to enjoy. A true weekend getaway. A 30 year old stone house , which is maintained highly on its class. Includes cooking setups, hammock, a swing in the compound. Great place to work alone . A pond and natural waterbody we can find nearest to the stay. Well equipped with all amenities and caretaker also available 24/7 for all required help.

We went there as a team of 8 people, the property was clean and everything was maintained very well. The house has 3 bedroom and the sofas were very comfortable. The fully furnished home didn't had anything lacking,the kitchen had all the equipments. They have a bon fire area at the back with seats and also they provide BBQ facility. There is a side porch attached to the home, even if it rains the party's not over. We had a fun time staying at Thushaaram Holiday. Not to mention the beautiful stream down the property, it's like your private stream. We thoroughly enjoyed our water time. (beware of leeches while going down, always carry salt or sanitizer)

We stayed here for a night with family and it was a very memorable stay. Its a self service property and have a caretaker (stays in neighbourhood) to fulfill your needs any time. The property is easily accessible and located near kuttikanam - elappara road (3 kms from kuttikanam j’n). About the facilities - its a fully furnished home and you will get all amenities that you want in a well organised space. There is a covered BBQ area , hammocks, campfire arrangement. There is a small stream (safe for kids) near the property which has water during peak summer as well (beware of leaches). You can cook if you bring groceries alone or There are couple of restaurants in kuttikanam from where you will get food delivered to your homestay. Overall very good experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will visit again!
