One of the worst stays Ive ever experienced. We had a last-minute requirement and spoke to Mr. Thomas beforehand, clearly confirming that all rooms had functioning ACs. We were assured everything was in proper working condition. However, upon arrival, we discovered that only one room had a properly working AC. The rest were either ineffective or not working at all in the scorching heat. When we raised this concern, we were casually told that the ACs take time to cool, despite it being evident they werent functioning. To make matters worse, the host was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. His attitude came across as egoistic and indifferent. We were a group of three families, yet only one room was comfortably usable. As a so-called resolution, we were offered a refund of 200which we declined and suggested he keep to celebrate. Overall, a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. Poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and an unprofessional host made this stay completely not worth it.

Please avoid this group totally... Very unfriendly people claim to be running lot of properties but only money minded.. We booked a villa, 3 days back. At the peak of Kerala summer, AC not working in one of the room... Absolutely not able to use... Finally we had to cramp all in other room in which AC was just ok, sleeping like a dormitory even after paying this much.. He started arguing AC working is not their responsibility and offered to give 200 Rs as refund or you can leave now.. it was around 10 pm at night with kids and family, I asked him to keep it back as a charity.. Pathetic mindset, please avoid them totally... There are much better properties in Thrissur

We spent 5 days here and found it very convenient and comfortable. The place is well kept, with clean rooms and a pleasant environment. The location made it easy to get around, and at the same time it offered a peaceful setting to come back to after exploring. Definitely a stay we would recommend.

I stayed here for 9 days along with family. This is an excellent place to stay. It is in an upmarket locality with easy access to public transport. You don't get a hotel feel here. You will be staying in spacious, adequately furnished and clean appartments. It feels like home. It is safe and reasonably priced and is perfect if you are visiting with your family. The owner Mr. Thomas and the caretaker are very friendly and are happy to help if you have any difficulty. WiFi and smart TV is installed.
