We have stayed in a few Home stay's but this one is the Best so far and by all means is a real "home" stay, we felt at home! Most needed appliances were available & in working condition which is very important, also they have nice cutleries collections. There is ample space to dry clothes, lovely balcony view and the chorus of birds chirping in the early mornings, was a bliss. We really enjoyed the stay, and would like to, when there is an opportunity in the future. There are beautiful drawings by Mr.Kiron (host himself) and his artistic touch reflects in how things have been arranged too in the house. The home is surrounded by lovely greeneries, and is in the residential area so we felt very safe. There is a huge TV screen with wifi/subscriptions, chessboard, carromboard etc., which our kids enjoyed. Thank you Mr. Kiron and aunty for the kind support.

I stayed at the property through airbnb for a few days this year (2022) and I wanted to say the property is so thoughtfully and tastefully designed. It has been recently renovated and the host partner received us with great warmth. They treated us like a part of the extended family. The facilities available within the property is top notch and one can have a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. It does have all the required sophisticated amenities like AC, Sofa & carrom board. There is enough space to dry clothes, huge dinning table and all kitchen essentials (brand new) to carry out normal cooking. The only flip side is the property is on the first floor and may pose a challenge for elderly, however, the balcony in the living room is sure enough to overcome any flipsides. The host was very keen to listen to the customer feedback and assured to work on them as much as possible next time around. I would definitely stay in the property once again when I visit Thrissur.

Unbelievable!!!!! Pros: Rooms- Well designed & painted. Cupboard & mirror. Both rooms have big TV & subscription. Both rooms have adequate capacity AC & fan. Table and ergonomic chair. Good bed sheets, pillow and blankets. Both rooms have Toilets. Towels, shaving kit, dental kit, soap n shampoo. Hot water available. Bucket & cups. Cloth hooks & soap space. Living room- Dining table set with spoon set. Sofa set & teapoy. Nice carpet on floor. Carrom board with coins. Chess board with chess pieces. Kitchen- Gas stove. Induction stove. Microwave oven. Mixer grinder. Good non stick cooking utensils. Knife set. Steel cutting board. # Aquaguard RO water purifier. Refrigerator. Good quality garbage bin. Kitchen shelves. Balcony- Ample space. Good wind flow. Cosy feel. Cons: One room have small bed(6x4) compared to other(6x8) Very slow water output from almost all faucets. Property on 1st floor(difficult for elderly people) Additionally power backup & wifi available. Washing machine & drying space available. Car parking available. Property in residential area, felt very safe. All shows the quality of host. Hope all guests respect the service, keep the space nice, clean and hospitable.

I love the 55 inch HD TV with uninterrupted wifi and free prime filims. When my father was out for business purpose, it feel a very safe place for me. I liked the carrom board and the other playing material which was help to spend my time. I am looking forward to come again to stay in this beautiful home ?
