A really good place to relax and enjoy nature. The resort offers a beautiful view of the hills, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even better. One of the highlights is the amazing poolwell maintained and perfect to chill. The overall experience feels worth the money, as you get good service, comfort, and a great atmosphere.

Rooms are only ok ok But the price are so high The place is greenary,calm and quiet but the place is not worth for the money Food are so expensive and there is no complimentary breakfast there The price for a tea is 40 So you can imagine their price range. Food was below average and expensive I won't recommend this resort for anyone Place is not worth for the money Or you can avoid having food from here Location is good Pool is ok ok Food, don't even think about it

We had a pleasant stay at Thrisangu Haven Resort in Kuttikanam. The resort is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, though we felt the cuisine selection could have been wider, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

I stayed at Thrisanku Havens Resort, Kuttikanam on 21st March 2026 with my family, and overall, it was a really pleasant and memorable experience. By the time I booked, the individual cabins were sold out, so we opted for a deluxe room at a reasonable price and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was neat, comfortable, and perfect for a peaceful night stay. One of the biggest highlights of this property is its vast space, beautiful landscaping, and especially the stunning night view. The ambience truly adds a special charm and makes the stay memorable. The swimming pool is well-maintained and very suitable for family use However, the pool timing is only until 7:30 PM. Considering the climate, extending the pool hours into the night (at least till 10 or 11 PM) would make the experience even better. We didnt try the food at the resort as we explored nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots, so I cant comment on that aspect. The only major drawback I felt was regarding the hospitality. The staffs attitude and approach towards guests need significant improvement. Except for the security guard, the interaction from the rest of the staff was not up to the expected standards of a resort. There seems to be a lack of basic hospitality training especially in how to communicate with guests, understand their needs, and make them feel welcomed and valued. Improving this aspect would truly elevate the overall experience. Also, parking is located outside the premises, which can feel slightly inconvenient, especially at night. Not that big deal, though. That said, if you are looking for a peaceful stay, scenic views, and good value for money, this place is definitely worth it. With improvements in hospitality and a few facilities, this resort can easily become exceptional. Overall, considering the stay experience, I would give this place a 4/5 rating but 5/5 for the stay itself, with one star reduced due to the staffs attitude and hospitality.

We stayed for one day and had a very pleasant experience, nice rooms with all necessary amenities, beautiful location and ambience. The food is tasty and affordable. The staff was very helpful.
