With a group of 17 people, we had booked all seven cottages at the resort. Despite this, the service we received was far from what we expected. We stayed here for two nights (Jan 3rd, 2025) and our experience at this resort was honestly disappointing. The property is really beautiful and it's in such a nice location with a lovely natural ambiance. The first thing that threw us off was being asked to pay more than half the amount upfront as soon as we arrived. We’ve stayed at several resorts, and this was the first time we encountered something like this. It felt odd and a bit unexpected. The worst part, though, was the food. The lunch we had on the first day was stale and tasted awful. None of us could eat much, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they assured us the dinner would be better. But it wasn’t. Dinner was even worse. The food was clearly stale and contaminated. What was strange and surprising was how quickly the staff replaced it when we complained, making us wonder if they already knew something was wrong with it. Unfortunately, things didn’t end there. Four to five people in our group started feeling unwell before we even checked out—symptoms of food poisoning like severe vomiting and diarrhea. It was a terrible experience, and it completely ruined our stay. Overall, while the property has potential, the food management needs serious improvement. Even though we booked such a big portion of the resort and were such a large group, the experience and service were seriously disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make some major improvements.

Our two-night stay starting January 3rd, 2025, at this resort was honestly disappointing. Location and Ambiance: The property is undeniably beautiful, located in a lovely natural setting with a charming ambiance. However, this was overshadowed by the negative aspects of our experience. Payment Policy: Upon arrival, we were immediately asked to pay more than half the total amount upfront. Having stayed at several other resorts, this demand was both odd and unexpected, setting a negative tone right from the start. Food Quality and Health Concerns: The most significant issue we faced was the food. The lunch served on the first day was stale and tasted awful, rendering it nearly inedible. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they assured us that the dinner would be better. To our dismay, it was worse. The dinner was clearly stale and possibly contaminated. What was particularly alarming was how quickly the staff replaced it when we complained, suggesting they might have been aware of the food's poor quality. Unfortunately, this led to severe health issues. Four to five people in our group began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, including severe vomiting and diarrhea, even before we checked out. This was not only distressing but completely ruined our stay. Overall Experience: Despite the resort's potential due to its beautiful setting and natural ambiance, the lack of proper food management and service made our stay highly disappointing. Given that we had booked a significant portion of the resort as a large group, the level of service we received was unacceptable. Unless the resort makes substantial improvements, particularly in food management and customer service, we cannot recommend this place to others

A great location. 100%satisfied with the property location. If you are person looking for a perfect balanced climate , chilled , windy one, this is the best. And the resort u will never get any satisfactory service. Rooms are non maintained old furniture dirty. Total confusion. Only best thing is property situated in the best place in the Kerala. If you are person who need only the calm ,chilled great ambience this is best . Regret all resort side support ,maintenance,services etc.

Actually, as the name "Thrisanku haven" indicates we were in Thrisanku for the two days, we stayed there from 3.1.25 to 5.1.25. It was a family trip consisting of eight senior citizens out of the total 17 members. The first experience we confronted from the resort staff was unexpected and not supposed to happen from the resort people. As all we know, this business is considered as a hospitality one and the staff are expected to behave in a decent way with due respect to their guests. We didn't get it and asked to pay more than half of the total amount before entering the room. And they looked very arrogant. After a long dialogue they agreed to make the payment after checking in. What would be our fate if we had given the major portion of our bill before seeing the cottages ?? Even though we had ordered our lunch on the way itself a lot of time lag was there to serve the lunch. Really the food was so bad and tasteless. Anyway we all finished our lunch with little food and called their chef, expressed our unhappiness with his preparation and informed him that we expect an average tasty food. But the dinner was very pathetic. Most of the items were leftovers. Especially gobi manchurian and one fish item. Both were severely contaminated and the fish item was a mixture of fish and chicken. When we pointed out this immediately gobi was replaced. But we all were appalled by the poor quality food that was served to us the second time. Naturally we were in a dilemma to take this food because we could realise their attitude towards their guests. Either the chef or the manager of the restaurant didn't turn positively to address our genuine complaint about the quality of their food that was served for the second time. From the next day itself few of our members started the symptoms of food poisoning like vomiting and diarrhoea, however two of our members were doctors they could diagnose at the beginning and manage the situation without further worsening with proper medication in time. Had these doctors not been in our group what would have been our situation, I can't imagine. From the next day itself we avoided their food, took it from outside hotels. So that we could enjoy yummy foods from the nearby restaurants of the resort, that too with less than half of the rate of Thrisanku. Environmentally this property is situated in a good location. But it's like a " kurangande kayyile poomala" no proper maintenance and neatness. We happened to see hairy caterpillar in few of the trees in the podium.Kitchen side is most untidy and with severe faul smell. The management and staff are least bothered to run it in a proper manner or they are deliberately making money looting their guests. So anyone, unfortunately if you happen to stay here, please avoid food completely from here. They are charging heavily for their food. Even for a tea they are charging 40/ rupees. So think twice before leap.

Just used the restaurant. Food was eatable. Property is on a excellent location and with great view. Rooms were just average .standard facilities with clean toilets. Did not stay as we were looking for something better.
