Work of a PT teacher is what you see in Thoppans farm. He is no more and his wife and his kids run the home stay and the farm together. Really good people and you can pay 20rs to get a detailed tour of the different fruit plants in the farm. Depending on the season you get to buy the local produce too. There are apple, orange, sapota, blackberry, strawberry, rare flowers, plum, sabarjen, guava etc. Better to go in season time and it closes by 6pm.

Nice orchard and farm to stop by if u are in Kanthalloor.. friendly staffs .. well maintained property.. would like to have a stay in future

Entry fee is rs.20 per head and you can see all types of fruits, season for fruits is april may and apples season time is august

You get to visit the home grown orchard with a variety of fruits including apples, oranges, plum, avacado, passion fruit etc. After the visit you can also buy their farm produce. The owner Mrs.Jesse was very friendly and the staff at the orchard (my bad, didn't ask for her name) was a charm and explained every tree, their fruit bearing season very patiently all along. We bought some passion fruit and oranges after tasting them and also some strawberry juice which is freshly made. Apples are in full bloom during April May as per them. So if you do not get to see blooming trees, don't blame me

Nothing to see there. Only some small apple trees and orange trees. 20rs entry fee. Time waste area.
