First of all, don't trust the photos displayed on their websitethey are completely different from the actual property. The reality is very disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. It is definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 1. Even if you want a cup of coffee, you have to go outside. Whatever you ask for, the answer is always "No." 2.I booked a suite room after seeing the pictures on their website, but the actual room was extremely disappointing. In fact, a standard room would have been much better than this so-called suite. When I raised the issue, they insisted that this was the suite room they provide. 3.They are simply making money by advertising attractive photos that do not reflect the actual property. The pictures are misleading and create false expectations for guests. So, guys, please don't trust these misleading advertisements when booking a room. You will most likely be disappointed

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The hospitality was flawless. Special thanks to ajith at the front desk for making our check-in seamless, housekeeping who went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfectly comfortable. We truly felt at home. that the on-site food is "delicious" with a great variety of options. The dining heavily features fresh, local, authentic Kerala dishes.

We stayed at this resort for one night and checked in during the evening. The rooms were only average and did not match our expectations. We chose this resort mainly for the pool. Unfortunately it was not clean, this was a major letdown. At the time of checkout, there were no staff available to assist us, which was frustrating. The photos shown online are definitely edited to look more luxurious. Overall, we are really upset with the experience. The resort needs serious improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and transparency.

Hy I stayed in two room villa for a night with my family on 19th night of May 2026. Poor part- 1. Several insects in room may be due to forest but not an excuse(also lizards in bathroom) 2. Poor lighting developing negative vibes. 3. The dinner was horrible and highly priced. We went neighbouring bakery and had some juice. The food they brought is from outside and claimed/charged as if it's great dine. 4. Room vs pricing not a match. Good part- 1. The person/men at the property were helpful as needed. 2. Pool is good for children.

Best resort for travel with family. room very neet and clean...also hotel staff and manager is very friendly type. Breakfast is served in buffet style and good options, breakfast was complimentary. Swimming pool was big and height-friendly for kids.But the swimming pool water isnt clean.
