The hotel made a good impression from the outside, and the lobby was welcoming as well. The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was a bit firm, but thats a matter of personal preference. The bathroom looked a bit older and could use some minor updates, but it was also clean. A few extra hooks or some additional storage space would have been useful. Overall, the hotel was well-suited for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. For breakfast and dinner, we went to the adjoining restaurant. From the outside, I probably wouldnt have chosen it, as it didnt look very inviting at first. However, we could choose from a variety of dishes, and they even gave us so many extra items that we couldnt finish everything. The food was freshly prepared, and even the mild option was a bit spicy, but everything was really delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. We would gladly come back. Note: There was no room available for drivers.

"The Patio" truly exceeded my expectations! The rooms were fantastic, offering great comfort. The service was impeccable, and the location was absolutely perfect for my trip. I'd highly recommend it!

I had an excellent stay. The room was modern, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. The staff ensured the room was perfectly clean before check-in. The mattress and pillows provided great comfort, and the lighting created a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with quality toiletries. Overall, this room made the trip much more enjoyable Especially Thanks to Sabin and Susmita for the best hospitality

Our stay was largely fine, however the checkout experience left a very bad impression. One of the bedsheets had a stain caused by colour transfer from my mothers clothes something that can happen and was not intentional. Instead of handling this discreetly and professionally, the staff brought the bedsheet down during checkout and showed it to our driver while we were present. This was extremely embarrassing and unnecessary. If there was a concern, it should have been addressed privately and respectfully with the guest. Publicly displaying a bedsheet at checkout reflects very poorly on hospitality standards. A hotel should know how to manage such situations with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed our stay.

It is too good. I booked for one day but it is good experience. hotel location is fabulous near from market at near to periyar tiger reserve. And food is also good. The room was also good and clean
