I had a wonderful stay at Patio Thekkady. The room service was excellentvery prompt, courteous, and attentive to every request. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay very relaxing. The location of the hotel is also perfect, as it is close to major attractions in Thekkady and easily accessible. It made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay with good service and a great location. Highly recommended!

- Rooms are okay if you're staying there for a small amount of time: beds are low rise and small, bathroom is okay. The major problem was that bugs and insects entered from places we weren't able to pinpoint, it was disturbing. - Room service is good. Pretty responsive immediately. - There's no restaurant facility given by the restaurant, you have to get some ticket for breakfast and walk to a nearby restaurant, which was extremely crowded at 8am when we went there. Overall I would say it's a good hotel, but these are some things to expect when you go there.

The hotel made a good impression from the outside, and the lobby was welcoming as well. The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was a bit firm, but thats a matter of personal preference. The bathroom looked a bit older and could use some minor updates, but it was also clean. A few extra hooks or some additional storage space would have been useful. Overall, the hotel was well-suited for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. For breakfast and dinner, we went to the adjoining restaurant. From the outside, I probably wouldnt have chosen it, as it didnt look very inviting at first. However, we could choose from a variety of dishes, and they even gave us so many extra items that we couldnt finish everything. The food was freshly prepared, and even the mild option was a bit spicy, but everything was really delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. We would gladly come back. Note: There was no room available for drivers.

The hotel was good.. but the staff was not good. After payment is done they will say food is included in the package and make us eat. At the time of checkout they will say you need to pay extra amount for the food. In our trip we usually eat within 1k for both lunch and dinner per day. But today they costed 3k for both lunch and dinner per day. It was so worst experience.
