+ easy to find + friendly manager with good english capabilities + the manager can be contacted via whatsapp + quite generous checkout time + seating area in front of the room + the accommodation is surrounded by forest + power socket near the bed + hard soap for the sink + hot water without needing to use a water heater + the curtains were sufficiently darkening + havent seen any cockroaches + ceiling fan there is a mosquito net inside of two window frames. in one of the mosquito nets is a hole. there is no mosquito net in the window frame of the bathroom. there were some mosquitoes in the room even though I kept the door closed and used the mosquito net in the windows. quite good location. nearby are ATMs, supermarket and minimarkets, restaurants, street food and the bus terminal. its near the main road but without street noise. music from a neighboring place can be heard, also in the morning. dont forget your earplugs. Downsides / things than can be improved: - the water pressure of the bum gun could be stronger - some mold in the room for which i showed a way to remove it.

We spent two pleasant nights at Neemas Homestay. The accommodation is simple but comfortable and has hot water. The location is nicely quiet, yet still close to the city center and near the bus terminals. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, and always make an effort to ensure a pleasant stay. We can highly recommend it.

Good and friendly caretaker. Very unique and easy to identify place with bus, taxi stands and major top rated hotels and destinations just a walk by. Go for it if your expectations are peace and not luxury.

Peaceful Stay Surrounded by Nature The location is very quiet and peaceful, offering simple elegance rather than luxury. It is completely surrounded by trees and lush green scenery. You won't need air conditioning here because of the cool, natural setting. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nearby attractions include: Periyar National Park Elephant Junctions Kalari and Kathakali cultural shows Other hotels and restaurants

Its amazing place for stay, rooms are big and specifies, good services , all amenities provided towel soap, hot water 24 hours available, rooms are neat and clean, this homestay located by near bus stand and market, many food restaurants also near by, naushad ji also humble and politely speaking. car parking also available Highly recommend. Overall my experience is to much good
