Stayed here for 2 nights & 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The property is far away from the airport but location is on the beach face with direct beach access from the property. The views are beautiful, and the sunset from the resort is truly amazing. I asked for the beach facing and swimming pool facing room as I was with the kids which they accepted. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The service was good throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options available each morning. The restaurant food was good, although the menu prices were on the higher side. One area for improvement was the swimming pool. It was not very clean and had a lot of flower petals floating in it, possibly due to a wedding ceremony held the previous night. 2 min walk and you will get rental Scooty and then restaurants were a 15 -20 min ride. No big markets nearby. Overall, its a great resort for families, especially for those who enjoy relaxing walks on the beach.

We stayed at Tan N Sand Goa expecting a comfortable and relaxing vacation, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong damp and musty smell throughout our stay. The bathroom had leakage issues, and overall maintenance of the property seemed poor. Cleanliness standards were not up to the mark, and several areas of the resort appeared neglected. The service was extremely slow, with staff taking a long time to respond to even basic requests. The breakfast quality was disappointing, with limited choices and hygiene concerns. During our stay, I also suffered from a stomach upset, which made the experience even worse. For the price charged, the resort does not provide the level of comfort, cleanliness, or service that guests would reasonably expect. The property needs major improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. Overall, we felt it was not worth the money and would not choose to stay here again.

The property itself is good and has potential, but our overall experience was disappointing due to several service and maintenance issues. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, and the door locks were not functioning properly. When we arrived, the AC was not working correctly, and we had to call the staff multiple times during our stay to get it fixed. The landline phone in our room was also not working. The staff took the handset to replace it, but for the remaining three days of our stay, we were left without a phone and had to place room service orders through our friends' room. The breakfast menu remained almost the same throughout our six-day stay, offering very little variety. The kitchen closed at 10:30 PM, after which no food was available. Additionally, morning tea orders were not accepted before 9:30 AM, which is quite inconvenient for guests who wake up early. The swimming pool was poorly maintained, with dead insects and rotten leaves floating in the water. Our children developed rashes and allergy-like reactions after using the pool. It was cleaned only after we raised a complaint. Another disappointing experience was in the lounge area. We politely requested that the music be changed, but the staff refused and told us that the music could not be played according to guests' preferences. While we understand that every request may not be possible, the response felt dismissive and lacked the hospitality expected from a resort. Overall, the property is nice, but considering the prices charged, the level of service, maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience needs significant improvement. We expected much better value for the money spent.

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. I would strongly advise families, especially those with babies, to avoid staying here. The room smelled heavily of pest control chemicals from the moment we entered, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe when traveling with a child. Despite repeatedly informing the staff and manager, nobody took the issue seriously or tried to resolve it properly. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely uncooperative. We requested a room change because of the smell and poor condition of the room, but they refused without any concern for guest comfort or safety. The overall infrastructure and maintenance of the hotel are very poor. The cleanliness standards are bad, service is slow and careless, and the staff behaves as if guests are a burden instead of customers. This has honestly been one of the worst hotel experiences weve had. Completely disappointed with the attitude, service quality, and lack of basic hospitality. Definitely not worth the money.

One of the most pathetic hotels I have ever stayed in. The photos online are completely misleading and the actual condition of the hotel is horrible. The room had a strong pest control/chemical smell that made it uncomfortable to even stay inside, especially with a baby. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the staff acted irritated whenever we complained. The manager was arrogant, disrespectful, and had zero interest in helping guests. We asked for a different room because of the unbearable smell and poor room condition, and they simply refused without offering any proper solution. Service is terrible, staff is badly trained, cleanliness is poor, and the entire property feels neglected and badly maintained. For the amount they charge, this place is honestly a joke. This hotel completely ruined our stay. No professionalism, no hospitality, no concern for customer experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
