We had a lovely stay at Nanu Beach Resort. The location is excellent, very peaceful, and close to the beach, which was perfect for walks." "The garden area and pool made it a relaxing spot to unwind." "The staff were friendly and helpful, from check-in to luggage assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast variety." "However, the taste of some breakfast items could be better." "One thing that felt a bit inconvenient was the repeated calls for offers during our stay, which disturbed the peace a bit." "Overall, we still had a great time, especially enjoying the pool and beach access. We'd recommend this place for its location and relaxing vibe, but suggest the management reduce promotional calls to improve guest experience."

I stayed here from 1st June to 3rd June in Deluxe room and here is my detailed review - 1. Arrival - 5 out of 5 We were welcomed using garlands and provided with welcome drink. They have dedicated car parking area within their premises. 2. Rooms and Surroundings - 3 out of 5 The room is bit old, bathroom have bathtub but no shower facilities. They had extra bed already provided in the room. They have a small pool, a small landscaped area and direct access to the beach. 3. Staff Interactions - 4 out of 5 Staff are polite and helpful. There are no creational activities available in the resort, specially during evenings. 4. Breakfast - 5 out of 5 They had one of the best, wide spread and variety breakfast, even better than some of the 5 star hotels. Came to know that they made these additions recently, which is a welcome change. Overall a good stay as per a 4 star property standards. They should look for conducting sessions and games for kids and adults during the evening, for better customer engagements.

Had a wonderful stay at Nanu Beach Resort & Spa. The resort is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet it had plenty of options with a good variety of dishes, making it enjoyable for everyone. The beach access is excellent, and the resort also has ample parking and good spa facilities. A great place to relax with family and friends. Highly recommended.

It is resort ar very good place. The location is its main advantage. The beach & shacks are just at a walking distance of 5 mins. The food quality is overall good. Breakfast choices are reasonably good if not great. Rooms are neat & clean. Pool is also good & clean Staff is well behaved. Overall you can enjoy in this resort even in a single family or even in groups.

We recently stayed at Nanu Resorts, Betalbatim, and had a largely positive experience, especially as a family traveling with a young child. Its a wonderful property with a few distinct highlights and a couple of areas that could use some attention. The Positives: - Outstanding Service & Staff: The hospitality here is truly top-notch. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Santosh for his excellent service, and to the wonderful lady at the breakfast buffet every morning (I unfortunately missed her name). She was absolutely fantastic, especially with my 3-year-old son, making our mornings so much easier and brighter. - The Food: The culinary team deserves high praise. Every meal we had was really good, flavorful, and well-prepared. The breakfast spread was a great start to the day. - Kid-Friendly Amenities: The childrens play area was a massive plus for us. Its a great, safe space to keep young kids engaged and active. - The Pool: The swimming pool area is beautiful and kept very clean, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. Things to Keep in Mind / Areas for Improvement: - The Beach Misconception & Access: A major point of clarity for future travelers: do not mistake this for a beachfront resort with private beach access. While the resort offers quick geographical access to Betalbatim Beach, you have to use the public pathway. Unfortunately, the public access area was quite dirty, smelly, and heavily infested with street dogs. It made the short walk to and from the beach a very unpleasant experience. - Restaurant Flies: Inside the restaurant, we noticed a persistent issue with a lot of flieseven in the indoor, air-conditioned dining area. It's something the management should look into with better pest control or fly traps to maintain hygiene comfort. - Minor Pool Issue: While the pool was clean, the chlorine levels felt a bit too high during our stay, which ended up irritating my eyes after a swim. - Housekeeping/Upkeep Outside Rooms: We noticed some random untidiness right outside our room on different days. One day there were small bits of paper left around, and another day there was a random puddle of water. It didn't ruin the stay, but it felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise good maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you are looking for a comfortable property with great food, a nice pool, and exceptional, child-friendly service, Nanu Resorts is a fantastic choice. Just adjust your expectations regarding the beach experience, as the public path lets it down. We would definitely consider returning for the hospitality alone!
