We chose this property during our recent visit to view and pray during the Aranmula Parthasarathy temple festival (Utsavam) Pallivetta and Viswaroopa Darshanam considering its proximity to the temple. It luckily turned out to be a superb value -for- money property with excellent service and facilities. The sincere , caring and thoughtful service provided by the host Mr. Varma and his caretaker Omanachechi is really commendable. The caretaker stays right across and the host is available on the phone should you need anything. The water purifiers were on, there was milk in the fridge, tea /coffee sachets, toiletries, towels etc were available during our check in -suffice to say the service was professional and personal at the same time. The complimentary breakfast we chose - idly and sambar -was hot and tasty and delivered on time . The rooms were well kept and clean with geyser, AC , TV, Fridge etc working . There are mini kitchens on both levels. We booked 2 rooms which had sufficient space . There is one more room available and the property provides extra mattresses -all together about 8 guests could stay . There is a sitting room and a verandah available at both levels - the upper patio is really spacious and you can enjoy your morning tea/coffee sitting here. There are mini kitchens in both levels and separate accesses for your privacy (if desired) . The property also exceeded our expectations in aspects of location - it is really close to the temple and well within walking distance and hence you can park and leave your car once you check in- this helped us a lot since we didn't have the headache of finding a roadside parking. The property is also located on the banks of River pamba ( the river isjust one or two houses away)- but this is not of much use since the access to the river is difficult and not advisable.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful hospitality you provided during my sister's marriage at the Parthasarathy temple. The Swasthi Griha Homestay was the perfect choice for the groom's family. As they came from different state of India, they were truly impressed by the house and its serene surroundings, which made their stay even more special. The proximity to the Pamba River and the temple added to the charm of their experience. Thank you once again for making their visit memorable. We appreciate all your efforts and hope to stay again in the future!

Had been to Swasthi Griha somewhere in 2019 with my wife during our long road trip in Kerala. was pretty impressed and this time wanted to take my parent and extended family too for temple visits. Right from booking the stay till we checked out it was hassle free. Since we travelled with old ppl and also kids the property owner made sure that we were comfortable and had all that's required. We had some good home made breakfast and lunch from a nearby home. We also had helps with Cab booking to go around places. Coming to the homestay, it was quiet and laid back property by the side of river Pamba.. mornings you just relax in their sitout and enjoy the sounds of nature. Rooms are clean, neat and spacious. They do have a kitchen where you can do some basic cooking like getting your coffee. The property is very close to Parthasarathy temple which again is so beautiful and lively. Overall the stay was a bliss and away from the hustle and bustle. I would def reco the property and will also be trying the property again

We the whole family of 5 including our mother were on a very short trip of one week to kerala and Swasthi Griha played a very important role in making our stay most memorable. We felt like visiting our own family home in our native.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like part of the family. The host went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, offering home-cooked meals that showcased the local cuisine and sharing stories about the culture and traditions of the area. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a simple yet inviting decor that made it feel like a home away from home. It wasnt luxurious like a hotel, but it had a personal touch that added to the overall charm. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the peaceful, homely atmosphere.
