Really good home-like property. Comfy rooms. Spacious sitting rooms. Well-maintained. Neat and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is sufficient parking too. All amenities are provided.

Good option for rental stay and short-term visitors, however condition of apartment / flat is not up to date; this is dependent on the owner maintaining their flat. Facilities were a bit short-coming in the apartment / flat.

Had an excellent stay. The owner Mr. Abraham is one of the sweetest person I have met. He makes us feel right at home. The rooms are clean and spacious. You also get kitchen and basic utensils, clean towel and comfy bed. And it's very near to Thiruvalla railway station and bus stand. TMM hospital is right in front with autos available all the time. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Edaserriathu for 4 days and it was a very pleasant stay for us. Mr John Abraham the owner was a very sweet and kind man. The premises was maintained neat and very hygienic. They also respected the privacy of the guests which we hardly get to see in homestays. Would prefer and recommend this place always.
