Very bad and unsafe experience. We strongly advise people not to visit this resort there is no proper safety or respect for guests. Since we do not understand Hindi, staff members spoke disrespectfully about us, mocked us, and even questioned our nationality in an offensive manner. Their behaviour felt aggressive and threatening. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting and unhygienic. Basic cleanliness and professionalism were completely missing. Most seriously, our belongings were not safe. My Samsung S24 Ultra went missing during our stay. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security. Management must immediately improve safety, staff behaviour, and hygiene standards.

Very bad experience with the resort. We stayed there for 2 nights during which our rooms were changed 4 times. We were a group of friends who came to enjoy and explore goa but our plans got delayed every day due to poor service by the resort. There was electricity issue, water shortage, AC not working issue in this short period. The receptionist was angry when asked for assistance.

Very bad experiance we changed rooms more than 4 times because there was ac conplaint ,electricity complaint ,power shortage etcc... Their package is so worse that there is no support from them Room quality is so cheap and bad full of dirt and dust feels like a local old lodge .Please dont choose this and also receptionist is very bad behaviour.

Staff giving Respect with us. Foods are given correct time what they said. We booked 2 room's - 1 room not had TV and another Room had TV but not working. Charging Holder is not working both two rooms. Room is full of Red Ant

Very very worst resort.... Waste of money and time..... Please check any other good resorts in Goa...... Poor service and hospitality is very worst. Nothing to say..... Simply waste..... Staying here is equal to staying in platform..... Please don't visit to these type of resorts.
