We stayed at this resort during our visit to Marayoor. The property has three two-storied buildings. The room which we were placed in was neat and comfy. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The food was okay but could've made it better. The staff were supportive and they arranged a campfire for us. Since the resort is in a residential area, loud music was not allowed after 10 pm, also the bonfire. However the hotel's location offers a stunning view of the surrounding hills.

I stayed in Sandal Clouds, Marayoor for an official visit. I was assigned a room in the old building, which is adjacent to the new one. The dining area is on the first floor, where food is served from external sources according to our requirements. However, tea, coffee are provided by the resort. The room was okay,but the bathroom was not clean, with the washbasin being dirty. On the positive side,the hotels location offers a stunning view of the surrounding hills and the sunrise is breathtaking! The area is calm and serene. To enhance the overall experience, I suggest the hotel team to adopt a more professional approach in their operations. With some improvements, the stay could be much more pleasant for guests.

We stayed at **Sandal Clouds Resort, Marayoor**, during our Munnar road trip, and it was an excellent experience. The resort is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by hills, sandalwood forests, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing after a long ride or drive. The **rooms** are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with balconies offering stunning views of the valley and hills. Waking up to the misty mountains and fresh air was a memorable experience. The interiors are simple yet comfortable, with all the basic amenities well taken care of. The **food** was freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were available, and the staff made sure meals were served on time. The local flavors and homely style cooking added to the charm. The **staff** were polite, warm, and always ready to help. Even though language was sometimes a barrier, they made every effort to communicate and ensure we were comfortable. Their hospitality made us feel at home. The **location** is a big plus right in Marayoor, away from the tourist rush of Munnar, yet close enough to explore tea estates, sandalwood forests, and nearby attractions. Parking space is ample, making it convenient for bikers and road trippers. Overall, Sandal Clouds Resort is a hidden gem in Marayoor perfect for families, groups, and riders looking for a peaceful stay amidst nature with good food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
