We had a wonderful stay at Pleasant Holidays, Marayoor. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff and hosts were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. It is a great place for families and friends to enjoy a pleasant holiday. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marayoor!

We stayed here for a night while travelling from Bengaluru to Munnar. The resort is located near Karimutty Waterfalls, we visited in May, so the waterfall had less water, but the surroundings were still pleasant. The resort is conveniently located at the entrance of Marayoor. The rooms were neat and clean, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay here.

Had a wonderful stay! Rooms were neat & comfortable, and service was really great. The food was super tasty.WiFi was available throughout the resort, making everything very convenient. The campfire and lighting setup were perfect to chill & vibe with friends Jeep ride was exciting and felt very safe Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end!

Extremely disappointing experience. We are two families traveling together and had already driven nearly 2000 kms before reaching this hotel. We stayed at five different properties before this, and not even once did we face such unprofessional behavior. We booked this stay around 10 PM. When we returned after dinner, the staff member we interacted with was rude and arrogant from the first conversation. I tried to ignore it, but the situation worsened when I asked for an extra mattress, towel, water. He suddenly demanded extra charges, even though this was clearly discussed at the time of booking and full payment was already taken around 10 PM. Arguing with guests at midnight after taking their money is completely unacceptable. Later, another staff member tried to cover up the issue by saying the first person was new and unaware of the charges, which was shocking because he appeared very confident earlier. We clearly told them this confusion was not our fault, and such arguments should never happen so late at night. Eventually, they provided only one towel per room, behaving as if they were doing us a favor. This stay was supposed to be a place to rest after a long and tiring journey, but instead it left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. The staff behavior completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend this place, especially for families.
