It is not a home stay it is more like hotel as owner family dont stay here. I stayed in pavithram for 3 days. I booked cottage room. Rooms were neat and clean and you get 24 hrs hot water.price was reasonable. They provide breakfast but only one item ,they are not giving multiple options for breakfast but whatever they provided breakfast is tasty. Camp fire is nice which was arranged by them. They don't have dinner facility but they are tied up with some restaurant , personally i did not like the dinner which they are getting from restaurant. They have kitchen facility where if you can get some food items you can cook over there. They have nice view from hotel and back of the hotel they have small tea garden where you can go and have some free time. I feel if you go in a group it is good place to stay. because most of them are bachelors coming and also most of them are from kerala and during my visit i have seen less families. I have aksed for cab and they arranged for 2 days and the cab driver was very nice person and his name was satish. He completely guided us what all places to go and where we can buy spices.

It was a wonderful stay at Pavithram homestay in Devikulam. The owner is a nice man and helped us get whatever was needed. I absolutely loved the authentic kerala breakfast - Appam with stew. The rooms given to us was huge and spotlessly clean. They do have hot water facility and other necessary requirements for a comfortable stay. Recommended

Had an amazing stay in pavithram. The host was very kind and patient while serving our needs as we got lost on our way and he guided us through until we reached the stay safely. Food that was served was very satisfying as well. Breakfast was complimentary. This place was close to many other sightseeing locations as well. Reasonable pricing for a great Ambience.

Pavitram..the best place to go to for an amazing offbeat experience. It is not a 5 star resort nor is it a place for people seeking luxury..it is a heavenly experience living in the lap of nature. As far as your eyes can see there are plants and tress...it is so peaceful and quiet there that you can hear your own inner voice which I feel we dont in our hectic lives. The rooms are warm and cozy..the staff super friendly, helpful and kind. The food is local, tasty and healthy. Just what you want on a hoilday. This place is 7km away from the crowded Munnar town and that is what I liked best about it. It is easily accessible though so going to town and coming back is not a problem. The owner Mr. Aneesh is a very genuie person, willing to help in whichever manner possible..arranging cars at good rate, sight seeing suggestions...food etc etc. The best part of Pavitram are the tea gardens..you can sit there, have bonfires..sing...dance and even sleep if you want. All in all an amazing experience...highly recommended ...must visit once in your life .

Nice place... Clean and neat. Very reasonable price. It's a like a home converted, so don't have the look, feel and amenities of a hotel. No varieties for breakfast, either idly or upma, but it's have a good homely taste. It's like some 10 kilometers away from munnar town. Weather is much cooler than Munnar. Had a drive to the nearest hill in the morning... Awesome views
