I recently visited Philip Mary Farm stay with my two kids and Parents during Christmas and have to say it was very good and clean rooms. They also have a very big spice garden at their property, Philip was kind to explain us about the spice plantation, he is very polite and a great host. Location is perfect for some peaceful time. Highly recommend place.

Had an incredible experience at Philip Mary home stay. Nestled in the middle of a green plantation, this piece of heaven is the place for you if you wish to experience nature and tranquility. Sir and Madam are the most loving hosts ever. The food is absolutely lip smacking! I can't wait to get back again for a long stay. Highly highly recommended

First of all, the hosts, Joykutty sir and Sini teacher, are amazing. They treated us like family and made sure the stay was very comfortable. Rani was of great help also. Breakfast everyday was delicious and filling. They went over and beyond our expectations by providing afternoon tea and madhura kizhangu (sweet potato). The property is lush green, peaceful and has a lot of birds visiting everyday. It's worth visiting to just chill on the balcony, enjoy and greenery and listen to bird songs. Our host gave us a tour of his farm and explained how each crop is harvested. You can see how passionate the hosts are about their farm and helping the guests. Joykutty sir also arranged local transportation for sightseeing in the Kumily area. I'll recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Kumily/Thekkady.

Had a great stay for 3 days in Jan at this home stay. Very quiet, neat and large bedroom & washroom. They have newly built 2 rooms. Arrangement done on Safari by Shiju was great & highly recommended. Nearby place is Rosepark and all visiting places in Thekkedy like Boating, Kalari Center, Hotels are nearby by & everything is 10-15mins reach only. It is 4 acre property and plantations around you. Silent and very quiet home stay. Friend of 10 ppl can easily stay or family with kids shall stay comfortably in this home stay. Host is superb and will do things that you ask before or last min.
