Great stay at Noah Nest Tree House. Loved staying in lots of greenery facing the river. Great views! Enjoyed Kayaking. Just wished if few more activities were there especially for kids. Owner and staff are very humble and pays personal attention which is great. Overall would recommend for stay in Thekkady if you want a peaceful stay in the lap of nature

Jungle treehouse and houseboat. Exotic jungle location on the hillside of a tea plantation with a slow meandering river below. We swam in the river which was safe (as far as we knew!). Rooms are all pretty basic but clean and the bucket showers are excellent. We stayed in the beached boat which was romantic, but a steep climb down. Bats whack the roof at night. You will sleep better when you know this. Breakfast is good but basic. You can easily order food and drink from a local restaurant, which was very good - but beware over ordering as we did! Lovely walk in the neighbouring tea plantation. Book any Periyar park tours - half hour drive away - as early as possible in person at the Ecotourism centre in Thekkady. Website won't let you complete bookings and places are limited. We took the half day trek and rafting which was excellent. Thanks to Ganesh who looked after us nicely and booked everything.

Nature at it’s best. We extended the staycation from 3 days to 5 days just for the serene atmosphere lovely view of the vandiperiyar river one of the deepest side of the river. So peaceful away from the city chaos, one can enjoy the luscious greenery surrounded. The caretakers were polite and courteous, food was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality Abraham&Divya??

Beautiful location to stay for 2 nights - the rooms are literally in the trees and you hear the birds, the river, and jungle throughout the night. It is another world and amazing to unwind and enjoy nature The rooms are by the river and you can swim in it. Worth noting that it is a 30min tuk tuk away from Kumily (the town in Thekkady) which we had to pay 500 rupees each way. 2 nights was the perfect amount of time to be here. The hosts were very helpful in organising travel and activities for us, and the breakfasts were delicious. Thank you!

Couldn’t choose a better place to stay in thekaddy The tree house was at a perfect view point The view was a great value for money Rooms are comfortable The staff was lovely and breakfast was tasty and authentic They were really accommodating also the stay is accessible to reach other tourist places
