Magnum resort has good and affordable choice for my group. Rooms were tiny but very clean and neat. Food was good. Mr. Vivek and Mr Manoj personally taken care of our need. Resort was full on our date with around 100 to 150 person, still they were not deviate in service standard. I would like to personally share the thing that all staff are very polite which is rare in Goa hotel industry. None of any staff has been observed with arrognace and drunk. All are neat and behave in the manner. Like it. No bad things with this resort, I deducted one star just because of small rooms.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED THEFT FROM ROOM SAFE Magnum Resort Goa During my stay at Magnum Resort Goa, money was stolen from the safe in my room. The safe was opened and closed again, with no signs of damage. I did not request housekeeping, however three hotel staff members entered my room, which is confirmed by CCTV footage. USD 200 was taken from different wallets kept inside the safe. The hotel management acknowledged unauthorized staff entry, after which the police were called and reviewed the CCTV recordings. This situation shows a complete lack of control over staff and guest security. The presence of a safe in the room does not guarantee the safety of your money. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. An official police complaint was filed. The money was not returned, and there was not even an apology. Terrible attitude. Theft is covered up instead of being addressed. Absolutely unacceptable.

Our stay at Magnum Resort became stressful instead of enjoyable. This was my first family trip, and I truly wanted to create beautiful memories, but unfortunately the entire experience turned into frustration and disappointment. From the very first day until the final days of our stay, we continuously faced problems. Initially, we were provided a standard room where there was a terrible smell, poor maintenance, and even smoke coming directly from the kitchen area into the room. This is completely unacceptable, especially for families staying with children. The smoke caused breathing discomfort, and surprisingly, hotel management did not seem serious or concerned about such an important safety issue. After repeated complaints and long discussions, I paid extra money to change the room, expecting better comfort. However, even after changing rooms, the AC performance was very poor and the problems continued. Instead of enjoying our vacation peacefully, we spent our time dealing with complaints and discomfort. The most disappointing part is that despite facing continuous issues throughout the stay, the hotel management was not even ready to provide proper compensation or take genuine responsibility for the inconvenience caused. I strongly request the management to seriously improve room conditions, cleanliness, ventilation, AC maintenance, and guest safety before offering rooms to families. Guests spend their hard-earned money trusting the hotel for comfort, peace, and quality service. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this resort to families looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Magnum Resort Stayed for 3 nights and honestly, very disappointing. No fridge/freezer in the rooms in Goa . Warm beer is apparently part of the experience here. Even worse, the staff refused to help store drinks in their own fridge. Peak hospitality. No proper parking either. Guests are asked to park in someone elses private parking, where theres a known issue of an uncle puncturing vehicles. The owner is aware, but no one seems bothered. They also wont provide extra glasses beyond whats already in the room basic requests feel like a favor. Only positive: the restaurant food is excellent in both quality and quantity. Thats the only reason this place gets any stars. Would not recommend unless warm drinks and parking stress are your thing. (only for the food)

Good hotel room and good breakfast buffet. We booked Deluxe room which was quite nice and was cleaned and maintained daily. *The room service staff were good too. *At Reception the staff is polite and nice. *Food was good too. *Hope the uncle in cafeteria let's us enjoy our stay and meals at peace cuz at times answering to his lots of questions becomes exhausting and a bit irritating. An advice ask him to let guests enjoy peacefully without bothering them again and again. Overall nice stay.
