Property location is just mesmerizing, one of the best. Situated at top of the mountains, a treat for eyes and people to realize the peace and tranquility of nature. Spent 2 nights with family here. A small park with 2 or 3 items for small kids is present in the property. Best for people who want to just relax and spend time. Mr. Jacob, who is the person looking after the resort provided all help and support to the guest who visit this place. My car broke down just as we reached back from a drive. He provided help for our commute back to home. He makes sure guests reach the resort properly and shares the menu to the guests to order lunch and dinner early so that they can make the arrangements early.

Me and my wife had a great time at Kananam retreat. The best part was the view from the stay. It was amazing. The staff were really nice and polite, especially Jacob uncle. The food was good and felt like home. I would give it 5 stars for everything.

Average. There are no much options for food. Taste is also not that good. Service is excellent. Rooms are good. Accessibility is also ok. Nothing much to do inside the resort. No activities. Nothing. You can just sit inside the rooms. Or open spaces. There is a park for children in the garden.

Stayed there on 30/12/24. Rooms were good. Nice food and stay was comfortable. Actually we came there for a get-together. All were happy about the stay and service.
