Lovely guesthouse with a friendly family running it. Excellent value!! Towels, top sheet and hot water are available on request for no additional charge. Wi-fi worked well. There's a lovely sunny terrace with chairs. The property is beautifully set in the trees. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy listening to the many birds and watching the monkeys. We appreciated the off street parking for our motorbike and the washing line to hang our clothes in the sun. There's no food available here but there are many restaurants up and down this street and also on the main street of town which is very close walking distance to here. Tea and coffee are available at the guesthouse. The Periyar National Park is just down the road from here, an easy 10-15 minute walk. We extended our stay here and really enjoyed it.

A cute grandma is waiting for you at the homestay :) Located about 5 mins walking distance from bus stand, this homestay has nearly maintained rooms with facilities like TV, European style toilet, hot water and proper ventilation. The homestay runs a restaurant just opposite to it which serves tasty food, specialised in Italian cuisine. Black coffee is a must try.

Budget home stay, really worth. I stayed here for 3 days. Granny is really a gem of women. Fully safety with car parking. Better and safety stay for young couples.

Best value for money. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. They ensured an enjoyable stay for us. On the flipside the stairway was a bit uneven, but who cares given the value for money

Well maintained single rooms for a couple of people. Its a home stay and the owners are very friendly. Its a budget friendly room for a quick night stay. Do call them beforehand for the room's availability.
