A good place to spend for a day. Just 7 Km away from Nemmara town. It is located near to one of Indias biggest earth dam - Pothundi dam & Nelliyampathy. Good ambiance. Especially kids would like this place very much as they can enjoy with Rain dance, Swimming pond, Swings, etc..

I had stayed with my friends. The stay was so comfortable ,clean rooms, lots of activities in the property itself. You could enjoy an early morning walk through paddy fields,misty sky, watch peacocks,birds etc …… Anoop chettan(point of contact) was so helpful. In total for travellers looking for budget stay its a worth. Highly recommended for friends and family gatherings.

We had a wonderful two-day stay in a very green and lively atmosphere. The warmth and hospitality of Mr. Anoop and his family made us feel like we were vacationing at a family member’s home. A big thank you to Mr. Anoop and his family for making our stay so special and memorable.

It's situated in a very good ambiance, but if it's not in a peaceful atmosphere, it should be considered for families, not for couples. Those who need peace and silence should not consider this place. Also, in my personal opinion, it's not worth 2.5K.

As by reading all these views, the decision we have taken to select this homestay was the most foolish decision that we taken so far. There was not any professional staff for services. The room rent was 2250, without AC, no TV and no food available. There was no other furniture except a cot and a single chair in that room. The bed and pillows make it so hard to get a fine sleep. There was no cupboard or even a hook or hanger to hang our clothes. There was no drinking water provided there without payment. No soap, towel, or mirror for daily shaving in the bathroom. The only attraction is the natural surroundings, with that interminable paddy field in front of the beautiful Nelliyampathy hills. The chirping birds and roaming mist, the everloving beauty of nature.
