The location is fantastic and so is the food. The rooms however are not that great. Lots of damp. With stains on bedsheets and curtains. Bathrooms were also slightly dirty. The location is what makes it worth it. The safari is good on a clear day but it is off-road (and very very bumpy) so not advised for the elderly.

Amazing stay surrounded by nature. beautifully maintained, a peaceful and refreshing experience. The staff were very friendly and the food felt homely and fresh. Perfect place to relax and unwind away from city life. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we went there for Lunch and Farm visit... Very few options for Lunch. Limited Biryani and Fried rice only available due to weekday. Fried rice was ok and biryani was very average. Ambience was excellent. Restaurant also very clean. You can spend some time in the surrounding area. We visited the Farm also. Rs.10 entry fee for the farm visit.

If you want a farm stay experience, this will be good choice. Safe to travel with family. This was my second visit after 9 years. Could see few changes. Fram has long history dating back 18" hunders I guess. Do try night Off-roading, that's worth to experience.

Amazing location, the property itself has a view point. The resort is inside the POABS property. Food is exceptional taste. We stayed in Bamboo Hut, don't know because of the location Ants were present inside the room even inside TV screen. Nevertheless it was wholesome experience worth the stay.
