The rooms are quite spacious, equipped with a geyser, TV, and air conditioning. The staff are friendly, cooperative , cordial and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. The location is somewhat average, 10 to 15 minutes to walk from Candolim beach. Swimming pool facing rooms are really enjoyable Complimentary water bottles are provided on all days. The in house restaurant is very good which provides complimentary buffet breakfast. We have enjoyed the complementary buffet breakfast and dinner with so many items. Foods are delicious but much spicy. They also provide AC cars and arrange sightseeing as per guest's choice or preference. Drop and pick up from airport was excellent and in time. They always stretch their helping hands in any need. Overall, it was a decent experience to stay in the hotel with friends or family. Thanks a lot to all the staffs and special appreciation to Mr Mansur babu. Will definitely visit again for a tour to Goa in future.

I recently stayed at Goveria Grand Resort, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The room conditions were average, not very well maintained, and did not match the expectations set online. The staff behaviour was ignorant, with slow responses and little effort to assist guests. The owner, Mansoor, was quite arrogant and dismissive when issues were raised. The food was tasteless, and to make it worse, the rotis were undercooked. This really affected the overall dining experience. Even the swimming pool was dirty, which made it unusable and added to the overall disappointment. Overall, the resort needs major improvements in hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, and management. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel stay Ive ever had. The room was filthy stained sheets, dust everywhere, and a foul odor that hit you the moment you walked in. The bathroom was a nightmare: mold in the corners, broken fixtures, and no hot water. Basic amenities like clean towels and toiletries were missing, and when I requested them, the staff acted as if they were doing me a favor. Customer service was shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. Every concern I raised was ignored or met with excuses.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my lifetime. The property was in terrible condition, rooms were unhygienic, staff was arrogant and pathetic service. We were not given check-in for 3 hours despite having a confirmed & paid booking, which caused unnecessary stress for family with Children and inconvenience. The bathroom glass was broken, making it unsafe and completely unacceptable. Staff was unprofessional and completely unhelpful when I raised concerns. Total waste of money, avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We were there as a large group at this place last week. I really appreciate the Hotel Manager, Wasim and the entire staff for being kind, hospitable and cooperate throughout our stay there. The food was good! And having a large group for a conference comes with a lot of last minute asks, but the team were kind and cooperative in meeting all our needs. They are good and genuine people and we appreciate their kind service.
